Great place nice and relaxing, there was some construction next door which was noisy on weekdays but other than that was lovely place to stay. A drive to town and beach but we had bikes so we could ride.

House down south

Lovely house with great gardens. Very comfortable and having two living areas was great. I'm just sorry we didn't have more time and better weather to enjoy the garden!

We were looking for a centrally located property in Margaret River from which to entertain our Canadian visitors .. so this house was ideal . It’s older but very clean and surrounded by a large garden which we all enjoyed

A most relaxing and heavenly place.

The gardens are so beautiful with separate garden spaces with wonderful vistas looking out from the house in different locations. Will definitely visit again when I come next year. The perfect place for my sister and I to feel completely comfortable and at peace, we did not want to come home. Thank you .

Lovely stay, beautiful location. Amazing warm wood fire for winter. Not walking distance from town unless you are young & fit :) unfortunately we are neither of those things....

A relaxing getaway.

This was a lovely house situated close to Margaret River on a large block with beautiful gardens. Every detail had been considered which made our stay relaxing.

Great house to stay in.

Handy position to Margaret River town. Well set up for families. Lovely outdoor spaces and gardens. The tile fire and plenty of firewood available were fantastic for winter stay.

Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely time with our boys for a week in July 2020. It rained nearly every day (it was winter!) but the house was cosy and spacious with plenty of areas for everyone to retreat to. The house was a good walk into town which would be an easy cycle or a few minutes by car. There’s great access to all the arterials going in any direction via Walcliffe Rd. It’s an awesome spot. We loved the tile fire and the heaters in every bedroom ensuring we were warm at all ends of the house. There was plenty of firewood supplies to keep us going which was also appreciated. The gardens are not as manicured as in the pictures. They were lovely to walk around and enjoy, full of bird life, kangaroos and rabbits at night. Fantastic spot. Highly recommended.

Fabulous!! Homely stay a must try

Our stay was excellent Family of 4 (2 small kids), fantastic log fire inside and oil heaters throughout the house that kept the bedrooms warm We loved the fact that all the wood/kindle is prepared for the fire, lovely handmade soap towels and linen are provided which is always a bonus (at no extra cost may I add!) Gumboots in laundry were handy when exploring the garden in wet winter months especially as Hubby and I forgot ours! Laundry facilities came in handy and loved picking fresh oranges from the tree the whole family enjoyed eating them Will definitely come again & loved the whole setting and personal touches very homely and warm Thank you

Excellent property!

A very spacious beautiful house in lovely green surroundings. Our children enjoyed playing in the large playroom and it was nice to have the fire going in the evening. Kept us all cosy and warm! Thank you, we had a great time.

A beautiful property, perfect location for us.

My family enjoyed our vacation at Lemongum. It is a beautiful piece of property and the location was perfect for us, right near the Margaret River town. There were kangaroos in the yard every morning when we woke up and every night when we went to bed. My father, an avid birdwatcher, also spotted a number of unique birds, including a kookaburra. The home and it's furnishings are a little dated, but that didn't have any impact on our experience. A great trip!

We loved our stay at Lemongum, the house was the best equipped holiday rental we have ever stayed in, and it was perfect for us (family of 4) and we would love to stay again. The linen and towels were great quality, and there were plenty of games and even bedtime reading for the kids. My favourite part was the garden, it is just stunning, and we saw kangaroos passing through, and lots of beautiful bird life, even a couple of the blue wrens. Highly recommended.

Great location between Margaret River town and main break beach. Beautiful quiet property with loads of birds and kangaroos. The house was ideal for our family of 5. The kids loved the second living area and the outdoors. We loved the close by wineries, BBQ's and morning bush walks. We'll be back.
