Magical time

Overall our experience here was good. The property manager is extremely communicative and provided use with extremely useful information prior to our arrival. There was a few things that came up during our stay that didn’t necessarily put a damper on our time in the house but did make us feel a little uneasy. The sink in the jack and Jill bathroom upstairs had a clog and as a result, it took hours for the water to go down the drain. Same in the shower but there’s so many other bathrooms we just used those. The pool water wasn’t really cold but wasn’t hot either. It was still refreshing and fun though. The propane grill was really nice! We did like the spaciousness this home afforded us. We also enjoyed the smart tv where we could stream Netflix and airplay other movies with the fam. The kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed (in terms of the supplies). Also liked the washer and dryer and game room with pool table. Air conditioning was great! As a family we had such an amazing time and the house is part of the reason for that. I would definitely stay here again. It’s close to basically everything. There’s a grocery store not to far from the house. All the major theme parks are within close proximity. One more final note only two vehicles can fit in the driveway however there is parking around the corner on the street “oakrise” that can accommodate other vehicles but you would have to walk there to get the car as you can’t park in front of the house condo rule.

Family vacation

Overall our stay here was good. The house was big and spacious. The pool space outside was nice. Upon arrival the pool was dirty. I noticed several sagging areas on the screen around the pool which was allowing for debris to enter the patio/pool. There was a skimmer so I was able to remove some of the debris but the pool was in need of a thorough cleaning. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and we were told we could have those set at two separate temperatures but that was not the case. We arrived to both the hot tub and pool at 101! After sending out a couple people to supposedly fix the problem the hot tub AND pool water still climbed in temperature to 104! After the property manager claimed it wasn’t possible for the pool to reach this temperature. You can’t swim in and enjoy a pool at 104 degrees. I finally had to shut the system down altogether to hopefully let the pool cool down some overnight. The next day the property manager sent out another person (who barely spoke English) to try once again to fix the problem but he didn’t arrive until late afternoon and he still failed to fix the problem of being able to have a HOT hot tub and a WARM pool. It was very frustrating seeing that this is what we paid extra for and we weren’t even able to enjoy the pool for the first 2 days at the house. In the end we could only pick ONE temperature for both and had a warm hot tub and warm pool. The house overall was nice but there were a couple issues like mold on the shower curtain, a couple small pieces of broken glass on the floor near the patio door and the couches on the main floor smelled terrible like urine. Also, the frying pans in the kitchen were so used they were almost unusable, they definitely need some updating and the kitchen garbage can was broken and needs to be replaced. Although we had some issues we enjoyed our family time here.

Great property- clean and well cared-for. Great amenities at the house and the clubhouse.
