Thank you so much. It was a real pleasure meeting you and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at Rockwall @ Avoca Beach. Being up high and near the ocean but not to near is a real plus, I think. The many birds(parrots), beautiful sunsets to the west overlooking the rain forest add to the tranquillity of Rockwall. Hopefully we might see you again sometime. Kind Regards, Barry

A hidden paradise

What a lovely little cottage nestled around a beautiful private garden. We were a short distance to beautiful beaches and a 5 minute drive to Terrigal. We stayed 3 nights it was a shame to leave. We will definitely go back and stay longer next time.

Great relaxing stay!

We had a great relaxing stay here! So nice and quiet nestled in the woods with a beautiful outlook of the National Park. Only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to some amazing hikes in Bouddi National Park. Would defiantly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!

Even though it was only for 1 x night, it turned out to be the perfect location for the event.

Very clean and tidy and Barry the owner was very kind in explaining every aspect of the accommodation and even the best way to park our car. It is a place we would recommend and we would stay again without question. Regards Stephen & Alison

Peaceful Oasis

Lovely setting overlooking bush and hearing the bellbirds echoing over the valley.. We were there when temperatures were 40 degrees with internal fans, shaded patio and single story level handling the temperatures extremely well .. pleasantly cool .. would recommend to others .. thankyou for a most pleasant stay

Bellbirds

We enjoyed our stay at Rockwall. Outstanding features include peaceful location, bushy outlook with very comfortable lounge chairs. The tinkly sound of the bellbirds was enchanting. One slight disadvantage was the four steps up to the bedroom from the rest of the apartment - making for an awkward descent at night to the bathroom. A hand rail may be beneficial. Location is a 20 minute walk to the beach with a climb on the return journey - kept us fit!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my get-away from the city and our renovations and I’m looking forward to bringing my hubby with me next time round. Oh, and Coco the black Lab is so friendly and just gorgeous!

We absolutely loved it! Rockewell is a warm, immaculate and beautifully furnished retreat with lovely views of the bush and perfect proximity to the beach. We walked in and didn't want to leave. If you want a quiet night in, the three piece lounge and recliners are comfy enough to fall asleep in. We couldn't get over the comfort of the bed and the kitchen is well equipt. We spent a few hours on the balcony reading, watching the view and enjoying the birdlife. The owner is lovely and prompt for those of you after a speedy response to enquiries. We hope to be back soon!
