We had an amazing time in your beautiful house. The location can not be better. We did not have a rental car, and there were so many things to do within walking distance. Having the beach outside of the door was perfect. We would grab a towel and head out- nothing else was needed. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked. The people watching was top notch. We would look forward to Teddy the Cat being brought for his walk each evening, and Mr Tom the Goat on Sunday. My family and I decided that it will be hard to stay anywhere else now. Julie, we will definitely be staying at your home again. Thank you!!

If you are looking for an ocean vacation, you can't beat this location! We didn't do a lot of cooking, so I can't comment on the kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable. Lots of beach toys. The patio was fabulous. The fire pit worked on one occasion but after that we couldn't get it started. However, it was warm enough that we did not need it. There was AC in two of the bedrooms, which was really nice. I would stay here again.The only drawback is that one of the bathrooms does not have a door, only the bedroom door. So showering / privacy can be an issue if you are not traveling with close family.

So glad you guys had a great time! The bathroom in the master bedroom is connected to the bedroom and there is no door for the shower, but there is definitely a door for the toilet. The fire pit works amazing. Maybe it was a little windy… I will definitely be checking that out. Thank you so much for your amazing review!

Amazing place to stay! Host was great, location was the best, and everything you need (lots of towels, beach towels, chairs, toys, games) to have a great time!

We enjoyed staying for our second time in this house. Steps to Mission Beach and close proximity to Belmont Park make this a perfect spring break location for our family of 9.

Excellent location and patio!

The location and patio were perfect for our family gathering of six adults and one toddler. Juley was very communicative and took care of our issues promptly. The main bathroom was pretty small.

Thank you for the wonderful review. The main bathroom has a large shower with 2 shower heads ( a rain shower and a multi head body shower) and a very long sink area. I’ve never had anyone say that the bathroom is small. Thank you for your feedback.

Mission Beach weekend

Large first floor condo right on the boardwalk and next to Belmont Park. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 kids, steps to the beach, close to the airport and shopping. Had a fab time and would recommend this rental.

The rental was very nice. Julie, the owner/manager, was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and very kind. We really did not need to talk to her during our stay, as everything was in order. The kitchen was well stocked, there were enough beach towels, and beach “toys”. The location was perfect. We would definitely return.

Amazing Location

Great little place! Can't beat the views and convenience of this location. Walking distance to great restaurants and he boardwalk. Obviously also right on the beach... Very close to other attractions, like Seaworld, the airport, the zoo, etc.

Enjoyable Stay on Mission Beach in San Diego

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this condo on Mission Beach in San Diego, and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.

B-Day Long Weekend Trip

We had great time at this beach house . Location was the best, close to everything. Owner Julie communication with us was great! Highly recommend and would return again.
