Little sandpiper cottage

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage during April 2025. We especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel of the place and the gardens. It was well situated- about 3 blocks from the ocean and less than a mile to the start of 17 mile drive for biking. The place was clean when we arrived and the cleaners came in mid-month.A few things could be upgraded: the furniture in the living room looks good, but isn’t that comfortable. The bed was okay, but we’ve stayed other places that offered sleep number beds and we found those more comfortable. We cooked every evening and found the kitchen worked okay; except for the smoke alarm that went off almost every evening. All and all it was a very pleasant stay. One thing I particularly appreciated was the rosemary bush in the back to augment cooking.
