Great Accommodations and Great Times

Easy to check in. Pleasant experience. The place was very clean and comfortable. My family had a great time and we plan on doing it again.

Beautiful cabin

Had an excellent stay in Big Bear with the family in the beautiful cabin. Cabin is very spacious and clean. Slept our family of 9 comfortably. Marketplace was 5 mins away down the road. Highly recommended this to any family looking for a Big Bear getaway.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

All I can say was I wish we booked this home for a longer stay than we did. It was beautiful, from the area to the actual home itself I couldn’t have asked for anything better for me and my family!! Hoping to stay here annually

The cabin needs updating, and they need to make you aware that areas will be locked off which is very odd. For example the closet in the master bedroom was locked so you have to share with the other spare bedrooms. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and had black dirty water coming out of the jets and around the jets. The shower head in the master bed room was full of calcium and didn’t have full pressure. They also have multiple drawers locked in the kitchen which made it difficult for storing food. The windows are in bad shape as when you open them you can see they are falling apart. The video game system was old and loose when you operate the controllers. The stove was dirty along with the air fryer and someone left a full two liter coke in the freezer. Come to find out the refrigerator must be on its last mile as it takes forever to get a groceries cold. We had to put everything in the freezer just to get it cold. They have cameras watching you at the entrance and at the back door which was just creepy as it didn’t report inside the cabin. The stairs up to the cabin need cleaning and repair as it very dirty and the boards felt loose. There are multiple locations that have light damage so take plenty of pictures.

Nice place

The place was nice but some of the cleaning supplies need to be replaced. It was lovely to have a two car garage. The rooms were spacious.

Big bear lake

The location & the Cabin was excellent, we totally enjoyed our stay. We did have a couple of problems One: the alarm was on when we opened the Cabin & we didn’t have the code, luckily we could call the management company for the code. Two: TV was not easy to use, you should leave instructions on how to use it. Otherwise we were comfortable & loved our stay.
