Fabulous holiday location

This house is ideally situated to the beach and anything happening in Victor Harbor. We didn’t need to take the car out of the garage! The house is very well equipped with everything needed while on holiday. Fantastic views of the ocean and quiet at night.

Beautiful house in the best location!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4, with room for more if needed. We walked everywhere as the location was central to the Main Street of Victor Harbor plus close to everything else including cafes, restaurants & playgrounds. We loved our stay!

Beachside bliss

A really nice property, great view and perfect position. An amazing games cupboard and lots of books entice you to stay in. Perfect location for the walk out to granite island. Overall a great place to stay

Excellent location and amenities in Victor Harbour

This property is situated in a prime location directly opposite the beach and within walking distance to the shopping centre. It is well appointed with an abundance of crockery, appliances and utensils. The beds are comfortable and the whole home is bright and airy. We'd gladly stay here again

Terrific location close to everything.

The apartment had everything you need....just pack your clothes and get in the car ready to have a relaxing experience of beautiful Victor Harbour and surrounding beach towns. Surf's up at Middleton, hire a board and wetsuit and ride the waves. I'm going to miss sitting on the balcony every evening with a nice wine enjoying the beautiful views.

Wonderful & relaxing

We loved the location & that the apartment had fantastic large windows that made the living area so light & bright & allowed you to enjoy the amazing views overlooking the ocean. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony to have lunch or a glass of wine & nibbles as we watched the sunset & listen to the sounds of the ocean. Apartment is a little worn but cosy, nicely decorated & well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic location allowing you to leave the car in the garage & walk very easily into town. We are looking forward to stay again in the future

Great little spot. Missing the personal touch a bit as managed by a real estate agent. Found the info from the real estate not specific to the property so was a bit of back & forth agreeing. Also wasn't expecting a bond to be paid and the process behind that. The house itself was fine.

Relaxing and great location

I recently stayed at this townhouse, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location is unbeatable – right by the beach with stunning views, and just a short walk to a local pub that serves excellent meals. If you're a fan of historical sights, the Cockle Train and horse-drawn tramway are just a quick stroll away.The townhouse itself appears to have been recently updated, with modern décor. It's clear that thought was put into making the space comfortable for guests. The beds were comfy, and the area was peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. The townhouse is equipped with everything you need for a short stay.However, there were a couple of disappointments. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available, which, in today's day and age, is a must-have for most travellers. Additionally, the DVD player was not connected, and there was no HDMI cable available for guests to hook it up themselves. The few DVDs that were provided seemed to be left behind by previous guests, which wasn’t ideal.Another letdown was the lack of basic toiletries – for instance, there was no shower gel, which is something I’ve come to expect in a well-maintained property. This lack of connectivity and missing essentials is often a frustration I find with properties managed by real estate agents.Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this townhouse for a short stay. It's a great spot to unwind for a few days.

Great location

The house was well equipped but don’t expect too many pantry items. There was salt & pepper & sugar & thats it. We stayed for a week & only had one towel each. The beds were comfortable. We were two couples & the only problem with the room set up was the single beds were downstairs where the bathroom is, the bedroom on the middle floor had the en suit & the other double bed is on the top mezzanine. If you need a bathroom at night you have to walk down two flights of stairs (which are quite steep). We therefore used the single beds. The balcony was great with a wonderful view. My main problem was the squeaky floor. Didn’t matter how softly you tip toed it still squeaked. The location was excellent you are within walking distance of the town centre, the Cockle Train & Granite Island. The minor problems with the property would still not deter me from coming back. Loved every minute of our trip to Victor Harbor & would recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for me. The location could not be better, walking distance to everything (pubs, shops, attractions). Lovely apartment, includes absolutely everything needed for a relaxing break. I would definitely book this again!

Family break

Lovely property in a wonderful location with a great balcony that made the holiday. The property was well equipped and contained everything we needed. Floorboards do crack, although we considered it was part of the character. Would definitely rent the property again.

Sunrise experience

Everyday you can wakeup to Sunrise from your bed on Ground, Level 1 and Level 2. Awesome beach view. Nice place for a family, the house has all amenities and facilities. Shopping and beach are just 2-3 mins walk.
