My husband and son stayed at this rental while we were in a transitional move. Russ helped us to accommodate our needs during this time. We had some confusion about initial instructions for entering unit, but Russ was responsive in clearing up the issue. Unit is new, clean, modern.

This unit has lots of great things, fantastic location, close to the racetrack and downtown, it’s quiet and easy to park… two minutes from a great grocery store as well. With a few tweaks, it’s easily a five star. It was missing a number of kitchen essentials, and no extra toilet paper/paper towel/soap, or hand or face towels, and the bathroom was not well cleaned. These are easy fixes and I’m sure it will be a 5 star for next guests!

Extremely cute Apartment Downtown

This apartment is super cute and extremely spacious. It was perfect for our wedding weekend where we had events at the hall of springs and downtown at the Adelphi. The owner was extremely responsive and quick when we had a maintenance issue.

Nice location

This apartment was very clean. It’s minimally decorated but that gives a very open space feeling. kitchen is nice and has the basics. Our only downside was the road noise at night. We bought a box fan and it really helped.

This unit is a good size for a one bedroom, but based on it's condition we would not recommend it. it was not cleaned very well and lacked basic supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towel, etc. The washing machine had a strong mildew smell and the living room furniture is quite worn out. The owner was friendly and responsive, but overall it just did not live up to expectations.

Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Annual vacation

We loved this property. I especially chose this property for the king bed. We have been coming here for the past 10 years and usually stay in hotels. We like the lower broadway area it’s usually not so crowded. Lots of construction in this area now so futuristically I see it as up and coming. From here you can easily walk up Broadway and visit all the shops, eateries and bars. The free trolley pick up is just about 2 blocks away. I hope to come back next year.

SARATOGA STAY

I usually stay at Embassy Suites every year when we visit Saratoga. Unfortunately, the price this year was outrageous so I looked for alternatives this year. I came across this unit on VRBO. The unit was exactly as it appeared in the listing. A spacious, comfortable unit within a mile from the race track. Very close to town with a Subway sandwich shop right underneath the unit. The unit was very clean. Well worth the money we paid and I would definitely stay there again in the future if it is available.

Close by track-

We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The place was clean and just as described, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. While we enjoyed our time, I did have some hesitation as it was just my daughter and me. The surrounding area seemed a bit run down, and people tended to hang out at the gas station next door. We didn’t encounter any incidents, but we are not familiar enough with the area to fully judge its safety. I think maybe if traveling with a larger group or rest of my family, I would have felt differently. Overall, the house itself met our expectations and provided a pleasant stay. Close by downtown and race track! Check out Yaddo’s Garden! ---

This Host Put Together Such a Great Place

There are so many wonderful things we can say about our stay. From the moment we opened the door we smelled this clean fresh scent. We had an immediately good feeling. We took our first steps into the apartment and we saw it was immaculate. We breathed a sigh of relief and were thrilled so far we booked this spot. The temperature of the place perfect. I mean, what a wonderful first impression, and it was perfect throughout the stay. Other things worth noting: location to the track and town was such a great perk during racing season. Other items were the large bathroom, two sinks, a large stand up shower, very good water pressure, the bed was one of the more comfortable I have slept in, the comforter so cozy, we sank into the couch after a long day at the track then out to dinner, a big fridge/freezer. Kitchen appliances were not used but everything looked in order and we had a responsive host. We both noticed the little things and were so pleased. We will be back next year if it is available when we start to plan our next trip to Saratoga Springs.

On the edge of town

This apartment was just on the outskirts of town, close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops, yet far enough away from the excitement to have some peace. The apartment is very minimally decorated which gives it a contemporary flare. The kitchen was stocked with only basic necessities as far as utensils and dishes with no cooking ingredients. However, we never cooked at all because there is a plethora of amazing restaurants in town. The wifi worked well and we thought the bed was very comfortable. There was only one hand towel and washcloth in the bathroom but plenty of plush bath towels. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great Stay and Great host

A perfect sized apartment for 2 People. Russ makes the check in process very easy. The apartment is very spacious with new appliances and a nicely designed kitchen space and as a bonus it is walking distance to downtown Saratoga. A great place to stay when visiting saratoga!

Highly Recommend - Great Stay

Our stay in Saratoga was amazing. I am from the area so I am very familiar with the location but my wife is from Minnesota. The easy walk to downtown was nice, the apartment was super clean and well kept. Easy to check in, easy to communicate with Russ. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, the park, convenient stores, and would be an amazing location for the Track during that season. We will back back!

Neat getaway apartment

The apartment is cozy, very clean, and in good condition. Comfortably fits three people; the bedroom is quite spacious. For the third person, we brought an airbed with us. All the appliances and kitchen/bathroom sinks and shower are new and in perfect order. Lots of biking/walking trails around. Shaped up to be a nice summer getaway, very happy we found this place.
