We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations, although we appreciate you recognizing the beautiful tile areas, clean bathrooms and kitchen. We would also like to clarify that we did attend to your concerns during the stay and requested photos, as these are essential for us to properly assess the condition of the property and the reported issues. Our team was sent to assist and address the concerns mentioned. Regarding your request to be moved to another home, unfortunately we were unable to accommodate this because we did not have another available property at that time. Additionally, the issues reported were considered manageable and did not prevent the use of the home or significantly affect the stay. We also note that the reservation continued for the full 5-night stay and that the amenities, including the pool and waterpark, were enjoyed during that time. Hi Latoye, Thank you for your feedback, we will definitely take it into account to make sure our future guests have an even better experience. Maintenance has confirmed that the pool heat was turned on the day before your arrival, however the dial by the spa must be turned on in order for the spa to heat up. We would also like to note that our homes are routinely serviced by our pest control company. Unfortunately in Florida, sometimes pests can find their way in if any door or windows are left open. But we have since gone ahead and notified our pest control company so that they could spend extra attention at this address.

Hello Lamnette, we are sorry about the incident with your aunt on the chair. Our properties are booked all year long and wear and tear does occur. We have since then addressed these issues with the furniture. If we had received a report we would have sent pest control and house keeping right away. We apologize for the issue that you encountered with the AC, we sent someone to address the problem as soon as the issue was reported. Also, the hot tub issue was addressed and refilled at the earliest convenience. We understand that this was not a good experience. We regret that you found more issues, if they had been reported we would have done everything possible to address them.
