We take every concern our guests report seriously, and during your stay, we assisted promptly whenever you brought maintenance issues to our attention. We also remained available to address any concerns regarding the home. However, we did not receive any photos or other evidence showing the cleaning issues or condition of the furniture, that you mentioned in your review. Without being made aware of these specific concerns during the stay, we were not given the opportunity to inspect or address them at the time. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue to maintain and improve the property. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your family again and provide an even better experience. -The IHM Team

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay were not as smooth as expected. Regarding check-in, we did send the address and instructions for the gate in advance. We always encourage guests to reach out if they have any difficulty, as we are more than willing to assist at any time during the stay. We also did not receive a request for additional cookware during your stay—had we known, we would have been happy to provide more pots and help accommodate your needs. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother experience. -The IHM Team

We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations, although we appreciate you recognizing the beautiful tile areas, clean bathrooms and kitchen. We would also like to clarify that we did attend to your concerns during the stay and requested photos, as these are essential for us to properly assess the condition of the property and the reported issues. Our team was sent to assist and address the concerns mentioned. Regarding your request to be moved to another home, unfortunately we were unable to accommodate this because we did not have another available property at that time. Additionally, the issues reported were considered manageable and did not prevent the use of the home or significantly affect the stay. We also note that the reservation continued for the full 5-night stay and that the amenities, including the pool and waterpark, were enjoyed during that time. We truly value all feedback, as it helps us continue improving. The IHM Team

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it. Regarding the issue with the AC, our team provided instructions to help resolve it, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any further communication from you afterward. Nevertheless, we understand that it was not a satisfactory experience, and we assure you that we will take note of this for future improvements. We would be delighted to welcome you back soon. Hello shaneka . We are happy to hear you found the property clean and comfortable upon your arrival. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed warming of the pool. We sent maintenance to address the issues after you reported the situation. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

Hi Latoye, Thank you for your feedback, we will definitely take it into account to make sure our future guests have an even better experience. Maintenance has confirmed that the pool heat was turned on the day before your arrival, however the dial by the spa must be turned on in order for the spa to heat up. We would also like to note that our homes are routinely serviced by our pest control company. Unfortunately in Florida, sometimes pests can find their way in if any door or windows are left open. But we have since gone ahead and notified our pest control company so that they could spend extra attention at this address.

Hello Lamnette, we are sorry about the incident with your aunt on the chair. Our properties are booked all year long and wear and tear does occur. We have since then addressed these issues with the furniture. If we had received a report we would have sent pest control and house keeping right away. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We're truly sorry to hear about this situation. Unfortunately, we didn't have any property available at that moment. We promptly dispatched someone next day to address the issues, but unfortunately, they couldn't locate the animal. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we take your feedback seriously to enhance the experience for our future guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.

Hello Kim, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are glad that you found the property nice and that you liked the privacy that it offered and the parking space. We apologize for the issue that you encountered with the AC, we sent someone to address the problem as soon as the issue was reported. Also, the hot tub issue was addressed and refilled at the earliest convenience. We understand that this was not a good experience. We regret that you found more issues, if they had been reported we would have done everything possible to address them. We hope that regardless of these inconveniences you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay and we would love to have you back in one of our properties.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity of hosting your stay; we do hope that you take us into consideration for future stays
