We loved the house and the location. Nice stole down to the lake. View of the lake from the house and loads of birds in the treed yard.

Great house. Very quiet location and so close to the lake! The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Communication with our hosts was great. I hope we will be back again soon

We loved our stay at Corkwood Smiths Lake for a heap of reasons. After years staying at Boomerang Beach - we wanted to be at Smiths Lake, so we tried out a couple of places and this one was the clear winner by far. I found myself saying that Corkwood was like staying at a friend's beautiful home that they lent us for the week. Super clean. Great bed and mattress. Kitchen really nicely equipped with generous supply of condiments. Lots of shower product - including bubbles for the big tub. Great washer and dryer. Photos don't clearly show enough how great the place is - the home exceeded all our expectations. Great for our pup as well who was super comfortable. We'll be returning often.

Beautiful cottage like stay

Cottage feel accommodation with beautiful shady garden. The best equipped kitchen for those who love to cook! Awesome location- close to lake, shops and coffee! Aircon, great modern bathrooms.A great, easy stay!

We had such a relaxing stay and found the house very comfortable and it felt so homely. It didn’t even matter that it was raining thanks to the fireplace; which also mesmerised our dog. We were house hunting in the area & wished we could buy the place! Highly recommend and the owners were lovely

Dog friendly & great location!

We had a fantastic stay, with young family & our old dog. Corkwood is such a well maintained & set up holiday home. Very comfortable & not in need of a thing. We would love to come again! Thanks for a great stay Diane.

Perfect homely stay

Corkwood at Smiths has everything you need to feel like you’re in a home away from home. It rained nearly the whole time we stayed there and it was so nice to light a fire, play board games, watch movies and just do nothing! I’ve been to Smiths a lake many times and this is one of my favourite places to stay especially with dogs- absolutely stress free!

Great place for relaxing break

Really lovely property, all you need in a place and really nicely renovated. Loved the fireplace. Also, and most importantly to me was that the yard was secure for my dogs.

Great quiet spot perfect for family and dog

Property was lovely and clean and more spacious than expected. Easy walk to lake and cafe although you do need a car to get about. Beds were goldilocks so we slept well and kitchen was very well stocked. Overall we enjoyed our Easter stay away from hectic crowds

Great pet friendly lake side house

I always appreciate having a lovely place to stay with my dogs. The home is well located and only a short walk to the lake and a short drive to wonderful beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable.

Christmas at Smiths Lake

The property was well presented and well stocked with utensils and products for cleaning and cooking with. The cleanliness of the property was excellent. A comfortable and enjoyable stay over the Christmas period where my other family members could enjoy on Christmas day.
