15分以内の暖かく居心地の良い分割階建ての家は、ゆっくりとライの正面のビーチや商店街を散歩するので、街の中を歩くのに十分な距離が離れていますが喧騒から離れています。

独立した食事が楽しめる広々としたラウンジと、広い屋外の娯楽エリアを見渡せるファミリールーム（半分が覆われています）があります。

3つの広々としたベッドルーム、エンスイート付きのメインもあります。 他の2つのベッドルームの間にあるファミリーバスルーム。 各寝室はまた、居心地の良い雰囲気を維持しながら、家族のための快適な別々のエリアを提供する別々のレベルに位置しています。

Good property in great location

Had a great stay! Close to Rye shops and beach, and near main road to Sorrento and Portsea. House is spacious and comfortable, and nice back outdoor area.

Rye Beach Retreat was extremely clean and tidy and well located, close to shops and the beach. The house was perfect for a family travelling with teens, two living areas and separate zones.Our dog loved the yard and walks around the area. All up, a great holiday!

Great Rye Get-Away

Property is spacious, relaxing, and close to all amenities. Cheryl is helpful and very pleasant to deal with. This was our third stay here and we highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

First of all, like another reviewer, the photos doesn’t do this lovely place any justice! Secondly, Cheryl is such a wonderful hostess. So grateful to her for being prompt with responses and super helpful. Everything was just perfect. It was clean, spacious, cozy and comfy. The home has a warm, welcoming vibe and totally relaxing. Everything is provided for from sheets to towels to a very well equipped kitchen and laundry. All you have to do is relax, enjoy and rebook again for another stay! My mum-in-law even suggested for us to consider coming back each year! Can’t say I disagree with her. Thanks Cheryl! We had a fab time.

Amazing place to stay

This house is just lovely. It has so much space over multiple tiers and so many places to sit and relax both inside and out. Perfect for our family including our whippet. We absolutely loved it. Cheryl was also super helpful and facilitated our late checkout out which was very much appreciated. A great place to stay and highly recommended.

Great Accommodation

This was our second time at 'Rye beach retreat' and it was great. Property is clean and as advertised. Very large, spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has all amenities and Cheryl is very easy to deal with. We will be back.

Good location

We stayed for the first time in January 2021 The house has a very good flow for families with different areas to relax in. Good central location Comfortable home, clean and neat . Aircon worked well . We will visit again

Great home in excellent location!

Property was very well presented, clean and spacious. 'Rye Beach Retreat' is positioned in a quiet street, a short drive to shops & beach. With linen provided and beds already made, there was no time wasted making beds, etc.. This is the first holiday home we have come across with decent water pressure, so we could actually enjoy a shower! Cheryl was always accommodating, promptly responding to all queries prior to our stay. I will definitely book 'Rye Beach Retreat' when we are next in the area.

I stayed at Rye beach house just before Christmas with a group of friends. There were 8 of us and the house accommodated for everyone. When i went there i thought that the house would be small because the pictures do not do justice to the house. It was MASSIVE and very spacious. It had 3 very big bedroom one with ensuite a second bathroom, very big outdoor entertaining area and also two lounge rooms, it even has a laundry.To be completely honest it was one of the best places we have stayed in and was very cheap as well especially considering it was around Christmas time.In the whole stay we only had one problem but Cheryl was nice enough to call me and discuss a way to fix it. Thanks for the lovely stay Cheryl!
