Great stay

Didn’t receive our check in email but a phone call to management and we were in quickly. Easy location for access to park city entertainment. All needed amenities. Would stay again.

Great stay if your looking to snowboard at Park City

Overall good stay, the place was big enough for 8 of us without being on top of each other. The hot tub and some of the dishes/pans needed to be cleaned prior to us checking in but otherwise then the few minor things this was a good rental unit.

Spacious place

This place had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The downstairs made a nice place for the kids to play. The kitchen/ dining room were a good size as well. It was nice being able to have room for everyone to eat. The pool was a short walk up the road and had a lot of space to sit. The pool was warm as well. We would stay here again.

Ski Trip

Overall my group was very satisfied with this VRBO. We had a larger group of all adults and had just the right amount of space. We loved the large kitchen table and generally had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. Location was just as expected, very close to shopping center and about 10 minute drive to park city ski resort. The bus system was easy to use, but definitely a few minute walk to get the bus stop (something to consider if wanting to use with kids/ski equipment). Ubers we’re also easy to get to and from this location. Only minor issue we had was the hot tub was too dirty to use on the last day but at no fault of the management company. We contacted them and said it would be taken care of at check out. Overall a good value for price and location!

It is serviced weekly but we can call out for an extra visit anytime it is getting high use. Good location, but lots broken items at states

Living room’s window was broken and taped , one can feel the cool air leaking through . Kitchen disposal non functional Broken chair in dining room , quite dangerous One of upstairs bedroom door handle is broken Not enough shampoos , and hair dry handle melted . Poor internet connection and hot tub decided stop functioning at the last day of stay . If all the above fixed , then the stay at this property can consider good

We regret seeing a 3-star review for such a lovely home. Only one pane of a double pane window is cracked. A new window is on order and the crack is taped. An initial supply of shampoos and other sundries are provide for guest convenience. Supplies are not replenished during a stay but we are always happy to assist with this, if requested when transportation is an issue. The other items were not reported and will be investigated for validity and addressed as needed. This home has hosted many happy guests. Being a corner home with amazing views and great space for larger groups and families has made this a guest favorite. The location, near town, shopping and shuttle, is also super convenient!

Good location

This condo was in a great location in park city. Close to Kimball Junction and the outlets but also close to downtown Park City. The clubhouse pool is just down the street and conveniently located from the condo.

Park City Condo Thumbs up

Very Nice property just off of interstate. About 15 minutes drive to Park City Ski Resort. Less than 1 mile to grocery shopping. Easy to find and access. Property was clean and stocked with enough supplies in kitchen to be able to cook.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great..size, location. The guests were late 50 and early 60 years old. That being said the beds and pillows were awful!!! The downstairs room was freezing! The bathrooms were dirty and we had to request a coffee pot.

Bear Hollow Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented through Home Away, upon arrival and unloading we received a VM at 6pm from the property manager that they were letting in repair people the next morning at 8Am, followed by sofa delivery with another 2-3 people, during the middle of a pandemic. Multiple phone calls explaining the reason from renting a stand alone unit due to health concerns was responded that "we don't have a choice in the matter". Ultimately, we moved to a different unit, I was disappointed in the customer service aspect of the management company. We would have never rented a unit if we knew service people or delivery people would be entering the unit. The property was perfectly nice, clean, and met our needs. Customer service goes a long way, it would have smoothed things over if provided some type of refund, a dinner gift card, something. They did not handle the situation professionally.

Great but too HOT

We liked this space overall. It was a great location with a pretty view. It was mostly clean. There were a few areas that were missed in the bathrooms that were a bit dirty and some of the towels smelled a little sour. There was a great amount of space which was nice. The major downfall of this property is that it does not have central AC like we thought. It had a few window AC units that felt great when you stand right in front of them but they don't cool the whole house very well. It was 85 degrees inside during the day on the upstairs floor. So hot. The basement was a little cooler so my family and I lucked out with the bedroom downstairs. Overall, this was a great place but I personally wouldn't stay here again in the middle of the summer.

Thank you for staying with us. We're glad to hear you loved the great space this home provides. The home is not advertised to have central AC and the mountians cool off every evening to temps in the 60's. The window ACs work great for some cool air during the day and then the fresh mountain air can be enjoyed all evening! This owner is planning on adding central AC soon. We hope you enjoyed the large kitchen for family meals and the private hot tub at the end of your vacation days. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
