Hi Jibumon, Thank you for your valued feedback. The Bunk beds have thick foam mattresses and the 2 main rooms have decent mattresses on them. The bunks are more-so suitable for children and teens. Sometimes when sleeping in new locations and you are used to a firm or soft bed and the bed you are sleeping on is the opposite this will cause you some personal discomfort as you are not used to the firmness of the bed. The standard television in the second lounge room is only 5 months old (purchased in January 2017). The other TV is a standard digital TV..... it is not SMART but it functions fine still and can watch TV, DVDS and play the WII on it. Other then not having SMART TVs there is nothing wrong with either of them. Thank you for letting me know about the lock. I will have this looked at.

Hi David Thank you for your review. The wall clothes line if causing you concern could have been put down..... if you were unable to click it down a quick call to myself could have had this sorted for you. Sorry that bbq ran out of gas this is something we can not control and is difficult to monitor. I offered to come swap it out for you at the late hour you called (or you could have replaced and been reimbursed as per house rules) however you instructed me it was fine for tomorrow and not to worry so I swapped it out first thing in the morning? I don't understand why you have complained about this when we offered to swap it out for you that night.....? We have lots of dvds yes and a selection for both adults and children to suit all groups. Obviously adult movies are not suitable for small kids, however it would be unfair for other guests to supply only G rated movies. You advised me of the latch a WEEK after you vacated and told me that you had called a locksmith out to repair and expected me to pay??? Firstly the keys open both the front and back sliding doors so an Urgent lock Smith was not required. We also live 7 minutes away and could have quickly repaired the latch that was broken by yourself had you called me or texted me as you had the gas bottle. You can not carry out repairs yourself and then contact me a week after you leave and tell me about what apparently happened with out even an invoice to show. We have two sitting areas at the house 4x couches so plenty of seating for 10 We don’t have a games room we have a second tv area for kids. To cater for 10 people as advertised. The price reflects sleeping 10 people, with linen and cleaning included which compared to others is actually quite affordable.
