Brand new Blue West provides guests with two beach access points less than 150m away, one via private nearby owners only laneway.

With the choice of two decks you can enjoy breakfast on the signature expansive black deck or just relax after a stroll to the beach and play on the large front lawn. The covered rear deck provides seating and dining options as well, while others can entertain themselves by enjoying a BBQ, the firepit or take a run around the fenced grassed backyard.

Blue West has two spacious living areas, both provide access to the front or rear deck.
The main loungeroom includes a luxurious Brazilian leather couch, 65” 4K television, large ottoman and other seating options if required.

The interior includes open plan dining, kitchen and lounge featuring: a unique custom made banquette, expansive kitchen with 3m island and seating, Nespresso coffee machine, A/C, wifi, two separate living areas, three sizeable bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The airy and private primary king-size bed suite has its own television, A/C, a large walk in closet & ensuite with double matte sinks, walk in shower and toilet.
The spacious secondary bedroom includes a queen bed, full closet and close access to the bathroom which includes: a tub, shower and separate toilet.
While the third bedroom hosts two single beds for children or adults who want their own space, there is also a closet & close access to the bathroom.

Bikes & 2 kayaks are available for use.

If you ever get sick of the beach a nearby park is only 50m away and provides a great shady alternative for enjoying your holiday. Additionally, the bike path provides access to ride along the beachside into Busselton and in the opposite direction to Dunsborough.
The local bakery, convenience store come take-away, and drive through liquor/coffee store are less than a 5 minute stroll or a quick minute drive around the corner.
