Host was excellent and readily available to contact. Safe, secure with underground parking and literally a minutes walk to Marina but far enough to avoid loud music. Fully recommend with huge terrace and all amenities.

Beach view was lovely, Richard was easy to get hold of. Lovely balcony, lovely area and apartment was well equipped. Unfortunately the fridge/freezer broke a week into our stay, which made things tricky. Whilst one was sorted, it came the day before we left. We are aware these things cannot be helped and apart from this the apartment was excellent.

I was welcomed by Natasha and taken to the apartment and shown all around.When there was a problem with the water,Tasha and her husband soon sorted it out.Richard was also in touch.

Brilliant apartment

Loved staying in this apartment, so close to the port & all amenities. Sun terrace is amazing all day sun. Just a fabulous all round apartment. Tasha who met us was very helpful explaining everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Home from home in the sun

The apartment is in the centre of Duquesa, near the marina, beach and supermarket. Great communication from Richard, easy to book and easy to check out. Good pool with loungers and great terrace.

Apartment was great had everything we needed. The terrace was amazing, huge. Lovely views, great location. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the 2nd bathroom walk in shower needs a new head, the water spouted out all over the place.. we will definitely be returning.

This apartment is in an ideal position right next the the beach and port. The check in was easy and we were well looked after by Karen. The apartment is clean and tidy has everything you need. We have loved our 7 days there and have booked again i would highly recommend this to anyone

Mikonos Playa Duquessa Stay

Property location was excellent with a 1 minute walk to Marina and bars and restaurants. Property itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay with the bonus of the huge terrace furnished with sunbeds and a patio table. The pool area was very pleasant and clean, only thing required around the apartments is a fresh lock of paint otherwise brilliant and would use again.

Beautiful Vista

This is an ideal location for short getaways. Beautiful views, large patio, air conditioning. The marina which is about 150 yards, has a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and bars and restaurants :-). The beach is about 500 yards from the apartment. If you are looking for a "Lardy Da" restaurant , I highly recommend Oliver Twist in Salinas. Short stroll along the prom. Enjoy your stay, we did.

Very impressive apartment with a most helpful owner

Very easy to communicate with the owner who responded very quickly to queries. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to meet Tasha who provided us with the keys and an introduction to the many wonderful features of the apartment. Amazing TV with a wide range of programmes to suit all tastes. Underground parking space was most welcome. Excellent position, yards away from Arkwright's Supermarket with a wide range of British products for those who feel more comfortable with home goods. Nearby restaurants and bars catering to all tastes at reasonable prices.Our only problem was with the very low double bed - quite a problem for us old fogies !

The very best apartment in Duquesa.

Fabulous terras with sea view, barbeque and sun all day. The apartment in perfect condition. Allocated privat parking space in bacement. Flexible check in time Communication with owner and caretaker are the very best. Both speaks fluently english.

Best terrace in Duquesa!

We spent a week in Richard’s apartment for our first family holiday with 2 under 2 babies, and it was perfect! House was spotless, tastefully decorated and with a lovely bright living space, it had everything we needed. The terrace is the perfect family space, our babies spent all day playing safely outside, loving every minute. Richard was prompt and very helpful at responding to my many questions before our arrival. Location was the best you could get, 1 minute walk to beachfront and 1 minute to the port. Thanks again, this apartment and holiday will always bring happy memories!

Hi, my name is Richard, I live in Hertfordshire, UK and bought the apartment off plan in 2002, it was completed in 2004 and I started renting the apartment out that year. Since then I have come out to Duquesa at least 3 times a year with my family and/or friends for relaxation and fun. I endeavour to give all of our guests a 'home from home' feeling during their stay, whilst offering the apartment at very competitive prices. I look forward one day to being able to stay in No.1 Mikonos Playa for an extended period one day, however work commitments mean that we've been unable to achieve that as yet, so until that time please enjoy the apartment, its terrace and the surrounding area as much as we do throughout the year. I bought No.1 Mikonos because of its location, orientation and terrace, spending 3 times more than I had intended so that I could have the all day sun on its huge terrace and watch the sunrise out of the sea whilst having just a 50m stroll to the marina. Its all been worthwhile, the apartment is everything I it to be and more, the guests love it as much as I do, coming back year after year.

The large terrace is what everyone raves about, its private, its got all day sun and views, that's not to say the interior isn't lovely too, other apartments also have good and well maintained interiors, but none have the huge south west facing private terrace, its for all of these reasons that No 1 Mikonos is the most popular rental apartment in Duquesa.
