Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the beachfront complex of Playas de la Duquesa. The covered terrace has fantastic views to the sea, the coast and the community swimming pool. The apartment has it's own WiFi connection, air conditioning throughout the apartment, fully fitted kitchen and an underground parking space included.



The complex is located on the beachfront with a swimming pool, underground parking and direct access to the marina and the beach.

Stunning accommodation and beautiful location.

We had an wonderful stay here, apt is done up to the highest standards. Stunning sea view from the beautiful balcony area and the hanging swing chair was a big hit with the kids. The area surrounding and the port was great to walk out onto everyday of our stay. Would highly recommend. Just to have sunshine everyday

Fantastic property which was on the Port. It has a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the beach. The Port has many restaurants and bars and could not hear it in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Our HAPPY PLACE

We like this light airy apt with wonderful sea view. It has a nice feel and within very easy access of the harbour bars and restaurants. Love the hanging chair We struggle with access especially carrying shopping as car housed in another building. Door access to Calle Real really heavy and stiff. Difficult with baths only as really need a walk in shower. Oven cloth needed and a large pan. Still love it and have rebooked. Appreciate the prompt attention from DuQuesa Estates.

Vistas y ubicación excelentes.Muy buena distribución del piso,con una terraza enorme,aparcamiento y una gran piscina.Salir de la urbanización al paseo y al puerto es una gran ventaja.Zon muy tranquila No estaba mal pero la cocina le faltaba lavavajillas y actualizarla como los baños que están envejecidos, daba sensación de suciedad pero estaban bastante limpios
