Nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with air conditioning throughout the apartment. The apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge offers access to a sunny south west facing terrace with furniture and views over the roman ruins to the castle and out to sea.



The complex is located on the beachfront and has a swimming pool, sauna, underground parking and is just a short walk to either Duquesa´s marina or the small village of Castillo de la Duquesa.

comfortable well located apartment, good view of the sea and castle. As it’s a self catering apartment some basic condiments would be welcome and also some lounging furniture on the balcony would be a great touch.

Great base for family wedding

The location and complex was high quality. The cost and wider value was excellent. Communication from Duquesa Estates was good The apartment was a little tired in parts, and there was a smell from the drains on some days. The layout of the apartments was a bit confusing and a clearer map to include the car park layout would have helped on arrival, recognising we arrived late in the evening.

Another enjoyable stay at Marina del Castillo

Not cheap but modern, well located beachline apartment. Clean and comfortable. Usual great service from Duquesa Estates allowed early access. UK TV is an added benefit of this community but connectivity is sometimes an issue - this time it was the cable in the apartment which really needs replacing.

Nice modern apartment with a lovely sunny terrace. We have used Duquesa Estates many times and are pleased with the service. English channels on tv was a bonus.

Great beach side location

We have stayed here before and keep returning as we love the whole area and this is one of the nicest complexes in Duquesa. It’s on the beach and only a few minutes walk away from the marina. The apartment itself is a typical rental. It’s clean and tidy with all the amenities to hand. It is located on the ‘quiet’ side of the complex overlooking the castle and beach. Would recommend this area and this apartment The apartment would benefit from offering WiFi rather than trying to piggyback the complex’s own which is fine in reception but weak in the apartment itself

July stay at Marina del Castillo

Location was excellent The complex is so well built The view from the balcony was lovely The staff in Duquesa Estates were lovely to deal with The area is fantastic for families with all amenities, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Highly recommend the Atelier bakery around the corner for fresh pastries, great coffee and the nicest breakfast in Duquesa :-)

Highly Recommended

Fantastic location, brilliant views from the balcony and spotlessly clean. Wi Fi not advertised on website but definite bonus. Could perhaps do with a couple of loungers on the balcony and the shower in the second bedroom would be a squeeze for anyone 6ft plus but these are minor gripes

Overall very good

Location is perfect in duquesa, the Beech is on your doorstep and restaraunts and bars are about 200m away. cleanliness, pool area, view of the Castile and beach
