Perfect place to vacation

We were so pleased with the property and the location as well. Just a short walk to the river and shops and food along the way. We would love to come back to this same spot next time we visit. Everyone in the family agrees.

Perfect location and adorable space!

We absolutely adored our stay here. Would highly encourage anyone to book and stay in this location. Adorable space, even a little outdoor space in the back you can sit out, which is beautiful. Easy walking to everything, safe and plenty of parking whether in the back or in front. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Great stay!

We were in town for the Savannah Plein air festival. Had a great visit and enjoyed this property. Clean, easy, safe and a very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience - in town for a youth sporting event. Great property close to historic downtown and river street without being in the thick. Nice quiet neighborhood - no issue with parking.

Fantastic home

We absolutely loved this house. The two bedroom setup was great for my family so our son could sleep in a separate room, rather than everyone in one hotel room. The location was walking distance from basically everything. I would happily stay here again.

My family and I stayed after the holidays. It was a lovely place. It was very clean and comfortable. It had a coziness to it that felt like we were staying at a friends. They had great communication to make sure everything was going well. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Great Stay!

Perfect location for a long weekend stay. Walked everywhere. The unit is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were super comfortable but ours had a mattress cover that made it pretty hot since we are hot sleepers. Would definitely rent again!

Loved the unit, the patio and the location. The only unfortunate thing was a construction worker parked in our parking space for a full day and this left us without a place to park.

Great spot for mother/daughter

The property was in a convenient location for exploring downtown Savannah and relatively quiet in spite of some nearby construction. Our longest walk to other districts was 20 minutes. The staff reached out and ensured we were comfortable and to answer any questions. The rooms and amenities were as described.

Great stay.

Great place. More than likely you will need to park on the street. The cars parked in the designated spaces seem like they are rarely moved and didn’t move once during our 5 day stay. It’s only 10-12$ per day for street parking. Convenient parking app and just have to move to a new space each morning.

Perfect location to all things downtown Savannah offers if you don’t mind walking Townhouse is nicely decorated and was very clean — the bedrooms and bath are upstairs The lock box for checkin is behind the building - which is not explained in the checkin emails and if you drive in late you may not get a response or help from anyone for a while Other than that - I’ll stay here again

Amazing! Spot on and great location!

We could not have been more impressed. Incredible accommodations! We stayed with two adults and our 18 year old daughter. We could walk everywhere; River walk, Forsyth, Savannah Theater, etc. I would highly recommend. We have traveled everywhere and have rented many units/homes. We will return to Savannah for the city and this rental unit.

Communication with the home management was easy with prompt responses. Really appreciated that! Home was comfortable & located in a walkable area in the historic district. Neighbors were a little loud at night & the construction port-a-pot wasn’t real appealing right in front of the home. Loved the private patio area in the back of the home.

Lovely spot!

This house was cool and clean. This property made walking to all of historic downtown Savannah a breeze. We did not drive out to the pool, but it was easy to get out to the freeway from the house. We did not have a parking spot in the back area the last 2 nights, as someone else parked there, so I would recommend getting the Park Savannah app.

Labor Day Getaway

This property was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. My family enjoyed our stay here! The back patio was relaxing to have coffee in the morning. It would be nice to have one more chair outside since there were four of us and only 3 chairs. The beds are comfortable but unfortunately the AC did not circulate well upstairs. There is a portable fan provided in the closet but it was still about 80 degrees in that bedroom. The AC was perfect downstairs but both bedrooms are upstairs. Overall our stay was very nice and relaxing!
