1913年に建設された通りにちなんで名付けられた趣のある歴史的なコテージ「ウィンザーコテージ」
過去12か月で内部的に大規模な改造が行われ、2つの大きなベッドルーム、2つの新しいバスルーム、2つのシャワー、2つのトイレが備わっています。すべての設備、オーブン、クックトップ、電子レンジ、食器洗い機などを備えたフルキッチン、ワイドスクリーンスマートテレビ、DVD Ipodドックなどを備えた広いラウンジダイニングエリア
広いベランダ、独立したデッキ、バーベキュー設備のある広々とした前庭。
屋外の家具を使用すると、西からの太陽の光とウェリントン山の素晴らしい景色を眺めながらリラックスできます。
非常に静かな通り、プライベートで素晴らしいサーフビーチにとても近く、カヤックのメッカであるブラウンズリバー。
近くには素晴らしい散歩道、特にミョウバン崖の散歩道とボロニアビーチの散歩道がたくさんあります

Charming Cottage

My partner and I plus our youngest daughter stayed at the cottage for aa week to attend family celebrations close by. Great location walking distance to beach, cliff walk and of course great restaurants and coffee. The cottage is very well set up and we wanted for nothing. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent getaway

We loved the house and it’s location. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and decoration. This was a great base for us the explore. Great to be able to walk around to the coffee shop and take in the spectacular view. We also enjoyed a beer at the Salty Dog by the sea. Recommend this for a nice getaway.

Perfect Accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week holiday at Windsor Cottage. It is ideally situated, close to the beach, the city of Hobart, local cafes and tourist attractions. Windsor Cottage is beautifully appointed with every convenience available to guests. The living area fills with glorious morning sunlight and the views of Mt Wellington through the French Doors are amazing. The pretty garden provides a pleasant outlook for guests as they relax on the veranda. We thank Terry and Libby very much indeed for making their delightful cottage available to us. We hope to return to Windsor Cottage on future visits to Tasmania.

Terrible beds

Lovely location, but the beds were absolutely terrible. No wardrobes, no front security door. My holidays require a restful sleep. Very disappointing.

Kingston cottage

This is a thoughtfully prepared classic Tasmanian cottage. It caters exceptionally for couples and families. There are toys, bikes and a surf ski in the garage and dry wood for a fire on chilli days. The kitchen is as well equipped as my own so I could have made bread, cookies or a roast dinner. It was homely, comfortable and welcoming. To cater for elderly visitors it needs some points of upgrade - grab bars in the bathroom and because there are no rails on the front steps (which are unusually high) guests should be advised that access for elderly and disabled guest is around the side into the back door. There a ramp would make it most suitable for such access. On the whole a great place to stay for all though a challenge for my 90 year old mother, who nevertheless was impressed once she got inside.

charming cottage with all the comforts we needed.

Our hosts were very helpful and pleasant, and the location was so close to the beach, just around the corner, with a bonus for us was nice flat ground for walking. No hills for us. The old cottage looks so pretty with the roses out, then when we got inside - what a surprise. We appreciated the renovated bathrooms and the kitchen and the great laundry. We enjoyed our week very much and plan to come back next trip.

Comfy, well appointed cottage with old school charm but all mod cons. Location is perfect...near beach, river, playgrounds, cafes. Simply lovely. Owners are helpful and personable.

Great place, we've already booked to go back!

Fantastically renovated heritage cottage a block from the beach, and block from the local playground and two blocks from cafes, takeaway and the great Salty Dog Hotel Beautifuly styled with a great mix of the old and new. Good hearing, great bathrooms. We like it that much we have booked to go back.

This is a really pleasant address and the hostess attentionate. The kitchen is excellent and for once, every thing in the house was intra clean.Overall I give them full marks.

excellent position and home

What a little gem! House is devine and such a joy to stay in. Extremely comfortable as well as cute. Excellent position beach, city, country drives one could not ask for anything else. Owners are delightful to work with. I so look forward to staying there again and again
