Great place to enjoy the beach!

This is a wonderful condo. We loved that it was only on the second floor. We are literally steps away from the beach! The pool is wonderful and the complex is older but very well kept.

Enjoyed!!

The property is ver nice and clean. Pool is great. I loved the condo, the only draw back was no laundry in our unit. The door was always locked to the laundry room and I was so busy I did not call anyone. But, it is a beautiful place !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. we plan to make it our go to home away from home when visiting Pensacola Beach. The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

Listing has laundry on site, had to go to laundry mat. Facility no longer has laundry on site after talking to maintenance. 30 dollors for 2 loads of laundry at the laundry mat.

Anniversary Stay

My wife and I come to Pensacola Beach each August for our anniversary. We were able to get the Regency Towers this summer. The room was very nice and the view outside our room was breath taking. Thank you

Overall a great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and well stocked with items needed in the kitchen. Our only complaint is the the unit sleeps 6 but you only get two parking passes and you’re not told that up front. Our third couple had to get a room elsewhere due to not wanting to risk being towed or breaking the rules.

Spring Break stay

Cons: not enough toilet paper or ease of buying more (only two rolls provided per the mgmt co!), no laundry room though one was advertised, no access to beach from property (had to go through parking lot of condos next door due to walkway being closed with no advance notice)
