What's Inside

This spacious walk-up condominium sleeps six guests, with two large bedrooms and three bathrooms. Charming, shuttered windows and a neutral color scheme usher you in the front door. The living room features comfortable seating, a ceiling fan and a smart TV. Feel free to sink into a state of bliss as you relax, converse or catch up on the news after an action-packed day in Savannah.

The open floor plan also includes a dining area just beyond the living room. Chandelier-style lighting, wall art and a soft area rug help delineate the space. The farmhouse table provides seating for four. You'll also find a desk and chair when you want to sit down and use your laptop. Crawford Chic provides your entire group with Wi-Fi on demand.

Next to the dining room, the full kitchen features a granite-topped island, complete with breakfast bar seating. When it's your turn to cook, you can still enjoy visiting with friends as you work. There is a refrigerator, range-oven, dishwasher and microwave for your use. You'll even find a handy powder room just off the kitchen, complete with laundry facilities.

Step out the back door to enjoy the balcony overlooking Crawford Square. Enjoy coffee in the morning and iced beverages in the evenings at the bistro table, and watch the world go by. It's a great way to soak up the sounds and scents of your bustling Savannah neighborhood from a bird's eye view.

Take the gracious staircase upstairs when bedtime nears. There, you'll discover two master suites that each come with their own private baths. The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed that benefits from plenty of natural light. A dresser, ceiling fan and smart TV cater to your storage, comfort and entertainment needs.

The second master suite has a king-sized bed, an abundance of windows and a double closet. The private bath features a tub/shower nook.

Day Trip to Wormsloe Plantation

If you brought your car to Savannah, take a short but scenic drive to the Isle of Hope, just 11 miles from downtown. This 2 by 4-mile peninsula is the site of the Wormsloe historic site. Built in the 18th century by one of Savannah's founders, Noble Jones, the 822-acre estate features a long avenue shaded by live oaks. You'll also find the remains of the original plantation house and eight miles of scenic trails.

Construction of the Wormsloe manse relied on the labor of indentured servants, since at the time, slavery was banned throughout the state of Georgia. When lawmakers lifted the ban in 1749, Jones brought in slaves to work the plantation. He grew food crops and tried to establish a silk operation by planting mulberry trees for the worms, but that venture never took off.

Wormsloe became an official historic site in the 1970s, with the state of Georgia as the conservator. The grounds contain a museum, outbuildings including a wattle-and-daub hut, and an interpretive trail.

If you visit Wormsloe, make a day of it with a stop at the nearby Shops at Sandfly just a couple of minutes down the road. Depending on the time of day, you can stop by Cutter's Point Coffee shop for a quick pick-me-up or dine on fresh seafood at the Driftaway Café. Both are within a short drive of the Wormsloe historic site.

There are plenty of great activities, venues and eateries nearby Crawford Chic too. Take a walking tour of the area's town squares. Each one has its own attractions.

Nearby Chippewa Square boasts a theater and a museum while Lafayette Square stands in the shadow of the ornate St. John the Baptist Cathedral. This edifice is a must-see for many of our vacation rentals Savannah GA guests.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
