Thanks Tamara , we strive to to have everything that is needed for a great holiday on an island . So pleased you enjoyed all the extras we provide . Enjoy the rest of 2019 and have a great 2020 Kind regards Kevin and Tina

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay .Over the busy period we have had back to back bookings and comments on the cleanliness have been excellent never anything regarding cockroaches The house is dog friendly and sometimes the paws pierce small holes in the screen For good measure we will pest control the house and replace any screens that need doing Stay well for 2020 regards Kevin

Thanks Elizabeth for the tip with the swing , along with the table tennis , bikes , kayaks , badminton , darts , bocce is a good idea to install one as we thrive to have as many games to keep guests occupied as we can so that they can do as much or little as they want . Good idea will install one shortly . Thanks also for leaving the house so clean , other than washing I could not see much that our cleaner needed to attend to :-) . Glad you used everything that was available as that is what they are there for . Unfortunately the bities run in cycles and sometimes they are not around at all . The storms we had did not help . Winter time they are not here at all or when there is a breeze . This hot humid weather no breeze is what they like , same as coastal mainland . Pleased you had a great time , stay well and stay safe Kind regards Kevin and Tina

The weather and insects are totally out of our control and are not always here . We use coils or personal repellant when we need to Our house as per photo's is a typical modest open plan and not a mansion and is priced accordingly . We do our utmost to keep our guests happy with plenty to do Inside we have Bluetooth sound system , tv , dvds , books of non-fiction and fiction of all types , multiple games , cds and jig saws . Outside we supply fishing rods , bikes , kayaks , crab pots dart board , table tennis table and a fire pit with timber for those cozy marsh mallow fires We also supply all toiletries and basic cooking needs , flour , rice , oil ,herbs sauces and some tinned food . Our furniture is not new but in very good condition There were a few daddy long legs in the corner of the main area which are difficult for our cleaner to keep track of as the ceilings are high raked exposed beam , but I have addressed them I did not have to refund any money but gave a full refund except for the 3 days that were stayed , could not be any fairer than that Most guests have children and pets We are very sorry about your experience as we have had a majority 5 star experience from guests and we do wish you well for the future

All good Michelle , so glad you had a great stay . We strive to make everyone's holiday how it should be , as much fun as possible . Stay safe and well , kind regards Kevin and Tina
