Banksia Luxury Villa

This beautiful two bedroom North facing Villa is tucked away in its own sheltered, private gardens surrounded by a back drop of tall Marri and whispering Peppermint trees.

With direct 4wd access to Margaret River's famous Kilcarnup Beach and Joey's Nose and the Margaret River a short walk away, guests have the choice of both ocean and river.

This passive solar Villa has a large kitchenette with all modern appliances and is completely serviced by Rain Water and Solar Power while the spacious bathroom has its own private tropical garden outlook.

Boasting a reverse cycle, split heating and cooling system that will make your stay comfortable no matter what the weather conditions. For those who enjoy their sleep or just prefer to cozy down in the evening, the Villa has two luxurious King sized beds and floor to ceiling block out curtains.

Nearby access to the 'Rails to Trails' and 'Cape to Cape' tracks that wind through national parks or along the stunning South West coast line makes this a surfing, swimming, diving, fishing and bush walkers paradise.

Surrounded by world famous wineries such as Cullens, Vasse Felix, Brooklyn Valley, Evans and Tate and Howard Park's Mad Fish where wine tastings and delightful lunches can be enjoyed are minutes away while the Margaret River township and Surfers Point are just a short drive.

Two private guest parking bays are provided.

Further amenities includes a Smart TV, free to air TV, Webber BBQ and a Bose sound system.

There is a private, fully enclosed, secure courtyard that comprises of decking, grass, and a protected undercover entertaining area that your pet will feel at ease in.
If staying with your pet, a 10% surcharge applies, which is paid on arrival. Your pet cannot be left unattended. ONE NON-SHEDDING PET ONLY! If ANY pet hair is left in the Villa, a $100 cleaning fee is payable.

If booking for only 2 guests, the 1st bedroom will be available. If you require the use of 2 bedrooms for only 2 guests, a once off $100 fee is charged, which is paid on arrival.

Thank you so much to Petra and Paul for hosting us at your beautiful property. Banksia was perfect for our new year summer getaway, and extra special being able to bring our dog. He enjoyed so many walks and plenty of beach time! We loved spending time relaxing at the villa which had everything we needed amongst gorgeous gardens and tall trees

Lovely couples retreat, clean, neat and tidy with tasteful furnishings, and lovely courtyard, exactly as per the photographs. It was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature inside without having to resort to heating or cooling systems, for a lovely eco friendly stay. 10min drive from Margaret River and Peverley was a perfect location. Loved falling asleep to the distant sounds of breakers on the beach and waking to birdsong in the mornings.

Pet friendly luxury stay

Banksia luxury villa is such a lovely little gem to stay at with your family and pets. It’s cozy, welcoming and surrounded by nature as well as shops and awesome hiking destinations. Banksia Lixury Villa was perfect for us as a couple, and another room if needed for more. It was relaxing and quiet, and in a great lcoation, only 10 mins to either Margaret River town or the beach. Highly recommended.

Short Margaret River Stay

Lovely property, very secluded but close the the town and the various Margaret River attractions. Property was lovely, well kept and had everything we needed. Petra was on hand if we needed her and responded almost immediately when we contacted her. Would certainly stay here again.

Having a pet restricts the choice of holiday accommodation but this accommodation was great.

Can’t rate Burnside highly enough. The facilities were perfect for a 3 night stay with a small dog and the location is very convenient for access the the beach, Margaret River townsite and many of the wineries. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Just had the most wonderful weekend at Banksia Luxury Villas. Normally we have to compromise on accommodation standards when travelling with a pet but here we were really pleasantly surprised, beds were comfy, had a beautiful new bathroom and all the furnishings were terrific! Outdoor area was fully enclosed in a lovely little courtyard, we couldn’t have been happier! Location was also great, not far from anywhere. Would most highly recommend .

Outstanding accommodation

We loved our stay in the immaculate accommodation in Margaret River. It was spacious, lovely garden with extra interesting green “ nooks and crannies”. Relaxing sanctuary

My husband and I loved our stay at Banksia Villa, and didn’t want to leave! It is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, which is very important to us and so hard to find. It was also so so quiet, apart from our 2 little dogs who thought they had to bark at non existent disturbances now and then (so annoying! - sorry Petra and family!). The gardens and trees surrounding the villa create a most tranquil and peaceful atmosphere to relax and forget the world in. While feeling like it's far from everything, it's only 10 mins drive from town and so close to lots of lovely Margs wineries and eateries. And being able to have our dogs with us was so helpful and much appreciated. We hope to return again soon

Jordy and I absolutely loved our stay. Luxuriously set out with the rooms, deck, BBQ and gardens. We only wish could have stayed longer if it wasn't booked out. Peaceful Retreat

Our stay was comfortable even though there were a couple of issues that cropped up! One was the micro wave was not working properly but once reported Petra kindly rectified this problem immediately the next day. Our only other issue was the air con due to the cold wet weather we experienced the air con did warm up the kitchen/dining area well but not the living area sufficiently enough! Otherwise we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a lovely villa in a great location! Thank you

Friendly and welcoming host, place was meticulously maintained, we're talking water spot-free tap wares and glass, and well-positioned curated fauna around the compound. Such a delight.
