Perfect location

Excellent property in a fantastic location. Everything you could want is a short walk away especially DaAngelos Italian Restaurant, best Ever !! 5 min stroll to Salamanca markets and the ferry to Mona. Will definitely stay again

Great cottage, wonderful location

A beautiful converted stable in gorgeous Battery Point. Close to everything, walking distance to the ferries etc. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location - super cute

The property has everything we needed. Was in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to town. Beautiful architecture and just a short walk to the water.

Cottage with a view

Lovely cozy cottage. The cottage was in close walking distance to dining places and the markets.The cottage has everything you need and so much more. Magnificent views of the water and gardens.

Heritage Cottage in Great Location

A great experience staying in this heritage cottage within a short stroll from Salamanca Place. The cottage was equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The little touches like chocolates and coffee beans were really appreciated.

Top class all the way

My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much. We found our hosts very attentive and generous, letting us extend our parking after leaving the cottage. Very kind of them, we would love to stay again.

Battery Point Heritage Accommodation

Really enjoyed staying at the Heritage Garden Cottage. The location is brilliant for access to Salamanca Place and all of the excellent eateries close by. It's a heritage area surrounded by gorgeous early Australian architecture and steeped in history. The cottage itself is well appointed and very clean and comfortable plus the garden is divine and has water views.

Cottage Charm

Fantastic historic cottage for a family stay, or with friends. Everything and more is thought of to make your stay comfortable, was wonderful. Easy walk to Salamanca and Sullivans cove. Local pub one minute walk. Beautiful veiws of the bay and gardens.

Perfect location

We were a group of three friends in Hobart for three nights This cottage is in gorgeous Battery Point. Very welcoming host Great restaurants within 2 blocks- can highly recommend Magic Curries (Indian) and Kathmandu (Nepalese) and Jackman and McRoss bakery and cafe Can highly recommend this cottage for either friends or small families

Perfect property perfect location

We have stayed in Hobart many times but this time we wanted something with charm, history and in Battery Point. This property is exaxtly as listed, water views, stone cottahe and a stones throw from Hampden Rd. Even better right next to our fav pub 'Shipwrights Arms'. Also a lovely garden to sit in some afternoon sun

Exploring Salamanca and beyond

Lovely historical cottage in Battery Point had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Walked everywhere. Great quiet and charming location with excellent bakeries and restaurants around the corner. Eady walk to the MONA ferry.

Amazing

The property was perfect for its location and our needs. We loved the set up in the cottage with access to the garden and its wonderful views. The host was very accommodating. We were sad when it came time to leave.

Everything was perfect. Location was an easy walk to Salamanca and some amazing restaurants on Hampden Road. Inside was warm and cosy. Fully equiped kitchen (cheese knife and wine glasses included). Would definitely stay again.

The best of Battery Quay

Wonderful converted stables, in sublime location 15 mins walk from ferries, bars/restaurants and CBD. Host's garden was beautiful. Spacious living/dining/kitchen, with quirky bedrooms and terrace. So good.

Perfect!

Absolutely beautiful cottage, perfectly located and equipped with everything you could possibly want. I visited the cottage with two friends. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and I can’t wait to return with my family next time we’re in Hobart. Highly recommend!

Hobart visit

Easy on street parking. Short walk of 5 min to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. 10 min to Salamanca Market area via Kelly Steps - grocery and more restaurants. Very quiet until about 6:30 am when neighbors start leaving for work. Host very responsive. Excellent base for any Hobart weekend.

Amazing Location and host

This property has everything that you need for a wonderful time in Hobart. We stayed for nearly 4 weeks and could not be more impressed with the location, the facilities and hosts. Thank so much Gillian and Barry. Amazing recommendations for food and wine places. Hosts were not at all intrusive but available for anything else we needed. Highly recommended. We had an amazing stay.
