Great condo - awesome wildlife views!

I loved my stay in the condo. It is spacious, comfortable, has high-quality products (like TP and paper towels), and has great views from the deck. Watching the sunset over Sierra Blanca and watching the wildlife was the highlight. We saw wild horses, deer, elk, barn swallows, and bats! This was a great place with an excellent location - would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

This condo had everything we needed for a quick stay in the area. After a long day, it was nice to relax on the patio with a cup of coffee. Everything was clean and functional, just what we needed. Thank you for a pleasant , restful stay!

Everything was great! The only thing that could make it better would be to mark the parking area with lines so four vehicles wouldn't take up six spaces. Although there was plenty of space to park that was not adjacent to our front door, it was not as convenient to have to walk across a parking lot to get to our place in the dark.

Beautiful on Cree Meadows

This property was close to ALL of the shopping and restaurants that we frequent as well as easy access. I will return to this property when I come to play golf at Cree Meadows

Fun in the mountains

Cozy and Convenient

Family had a wonderful time here. The condo was nicely updated and was close to restaurants, stores and theater. John the owner was attentive and always available if needed. Wall switch controlled fireplace was a nice touch.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It was clean and quiet and in a perfect location. We had a herd of elk that came to feast on the grass right outside of the condo! The home had a fully stocked kitchen where we made some delicious meals. We even rented golf carts and took a tour of the beautiful gold course. I highly recommend this amazing place!

It’s all about location!

We had a great time, condo was just like the pictures, better than we imagined. Nice quiet golf course with lots of wildlife in the mornings and evenings. The host was outstanding equipped the house with virtually everything needed for a few night stay. Would recommend this property to any small family or couple.

Great place

I loved it. Really silent. Peaceful place. They had everything we needed. Everything ok. Just needs a little bit of light outside. We got there in the night and couldn't find the condo number. But i will definitely rent again there.

Spent 4 nights in Ruidoso. Cute town! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kids were able to go out back and sled down the hill. Saw some wildlife at dusk. We’ll be back!

We came to visit friends of 46 years and stayed in a condo located on the golf course. This property was outstanding, extremely clean and well-equipped. The owners even provided night lights in each area which were great for two older women. Cooking was a breeze because the kitchen had everything one would need to provide a great meal. I have been renting VRBO properties for at least 6 years and this was undoubtedly the best experience ever.

Peaceful and great condo! Awesome host!

I would highly recommend this condo. We had a great family time. It was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. I am a STR owner as well and took notes for my rental 😊. The condo was cute, however the sliding glass door was extremely heavy to open and close, and they need a shade to cover the sunlight from said door.

Here's some additional information they'd like to share: -"We greatly appreciate your willingness to provide feedback that helps us improve the guest experience. The patio door has been noted as an area of concern. Given that the property faces west, prevailing winds can sometimes bring dust into the tracks, making the door a bit tricky to open and close. We recognize the impact this had on your stay. -Regarding the window shade covering the patio door, a prior guest unfortunately broke its internal mechanism, rendering it non-functional. To ensure convenience in accessing the deck through the patio door, we had to trim the drape on one side. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, especially as the busy summer season has led to nearly full occupancy in July, limiting our time for replacement. -As we're committed to continual improvement, we're actively exploring solutions for the patio door situation. While replacing the entire door may not be feasible presently, we're looking into options like waxing the runners or applying lubricants to alleviate the issue. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we're grateful for your openness in bringing this to our attention. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts. We're hopeful for the chance to host you once more and provide you with an even more satisfying experience."

Beautiful peaceful well equipped condo!

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! This is a beautiful, well taken care of very clean and well equipped condo! The area is peaceful, we saw deer in the back yard at dusk and elk in the front at dawn. The condo itself is cozy, with different lighting opinions, a beautiful fireplace and an open concept kitchen/dining area. We will definitely be back! The owners left a nice binder with things to do recommendations, how to use the features of the condo and local brochures...neat touch!

Excellent

This condo is perfect for two or four people. Clean, updated and has everything you need for sleeping, cooking and an overall good time. Deck was perfect. Rainy, cool beautiful weather. The wildlife was unbelievable. One evening we saw 30 elk right in front of the deck along with four mule deer and five wild horses! There were baby elk, mule deer and a gorgeous little colt among them. Gary the owner was extremely nice and answered the one question I had within a few minutes. Would love to stay here again!
