Great Rental in Beach Haven West

My family had a great time during the Memorial Day weekend. The weather wasnt the best but the fire pit was a lifesaver. Master suite was huge! House had everything needed! One thing i liked was there were stores nearby you can walk too, yet not feel like you were in a city. convenience store, bagel joint, bait n tackle, chicken place, etc all within walking distance. would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect Locations

The location was unbeatable-- being on the water was the best part of the house. We were able to paddle board right in the backyard and my son loved feeding the ducks in the morning and fishing all day long. It is also near things to do, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house is a little outdated and could use some updates/deep cleaning. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay even with a few hiccups.

Close enough to LBI

Paradise by the Lagoon was large enough to accomodate our family of 12, 11 adults ranging in ages from 21-82 and 1 teen. Perfect for mom who couldn't walk up many stairs...The deck overlooking the lagoon was great. A short drive over the bridge to get to LBI activites and beaches, if you wanted but hanging around the area was good enough for most of us! Debbie was commmunicative before during and after our stay. A great time had by all!

Great location.

We stayed at this rental Property the end of August 2021. The house is located directly on the bay in Manahawken. My children enjoyed catching crabs and fish in the crab traps that were provided by the house. The house also had excellent AC which is very important to me since I am a polar bear. Debbie was extremely easy to contact and help with minor issues (figuring out the tv). I would recommend this rental Property for your vacation away.

good house for group weekend

We had a group of us stay here for a wedding we were in at Hotel LBI Host was accomodating - let us check in early since we had rehearsal dinner and wanted to drop some of our things before heading out. It was great to relax on the deck each morning. Location is perfect to bars, friends houses, and to the island. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent property

Debbie was wonderful and had quick responses to questions/concerns. Beautiful spacious home close to LBI beaches. Peaceful area to stay. Very clean home! Would love to stay again!

Great vacation

We had a relaxed and wonderful LBI vacation staying at Debbie's rental house. The house is very clean and has ample space for our big family. Debbie is a kind and responsible owner. We will definitely recommend this house to other travelers.

Wonderful stay!

We surprised my fiancé with his friends for his 30th birthday. It was perfect for those who wanted to get out of the house and go to the beach; the rest enjoyed sitting out back on the water. Super clean and overall lovely.

Beach West

The house was beautiful and property manager was reachable and accommodating. The neighbors was nice! I wish there was instructions on how to use the smart tv. The garbage wasn’t taking out to the front and it was full.

Great Experience

First of all, the owners are absolutely accommodating. Excellent and quick response from them. Very nice unit to stay and location is great for any water activities. I highly recommend renting this unit.

Great place, pictures don't do it justice

Firstly, the property contact (Debbie) is extremely friendly and very responsive. The place itself is awesome - great location, quiet neighborhood, and everything you need for a really solid stay. The backyard area is great for hanging out, having dinner, or just lounging in general. The bedrooms are tidy and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to any travelers, and thank you to Debbie for being such a great host.

Lagoon Beach House
