Fantastic location

We had a wedding reception at the Toowoon Surf Club, this house is only about 200 metres away, so close. Fantastic location, quiet beach, so many families enjoying the calm sea waters. The house was perfect and stocked with the basic necessities often lacking at other accommodation I've stayed at. Would happily stay there again.

Beach Access

Direct beach access is great. Air conditioner has outlets in all rooms. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Toowoon getaway

Great spot close to the beach and great coffee shop, property was very clean and well maintained with room for paddle boards in a inclosed yard. Would definitely recommend staying at this great location! Jamie

Perfect beach location

A perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday with the kids!! This town house is light, bright, breezy and very clean. It has a beautiful view of the beach and is in a lovely quiet area. Just a short walk down the stairs and you are at the beach. Can't wait to book our next holiday here again.

Beautiful Toowoon Bay

Great unit in a great location!!! Parking can be an issue & was disappointed that it was advertised with a BBQ and when we got there - there wasnt one. View made up for the downfalls!

Some feedback on comms…

The overall stay was very good. A good property, great location, clean. Overall, to expectation except for the fact it had no wifi which feels a bit cheap. First time I’ve stayed in a Stayz with no wifi. Hotspotting data to watch movies is expensive. My biggest feedback though is that too much focus was put on reiterating - numerous times - the need to be quite/considerate of neighbours, no parties etc. We were 3 x 50+ dads on a fishing weekend. We get it. But it just kept coming via email, text etc outlining government fines etc. I’d actually mentioned it to my friends and then a text came through reiterating it again. Also that a mandatory check in was required on Saturday morning. It certainly needs to be communicated well but not so often, and not in the tone of the fun police. Keep all the rules but target any extra comms based on age etc. And requiring extra guests over & above the booked number to be approved - using the “ if it’s mum & Dad coming for a BBQ it’s likely we’ll approve it”. Really? If it’s proper use of the property in line with no parties etc, then that shouldnt be required. As said, it felt OTT and too much policing of unnecessary rules. We had 3 staying in a property that slept 6 and required approval for a 4th person to stay? Really? And I wasn’t a fan of being forced to disclose phone numbers of my fellow guests. I had no permission to do so but was forced to. Again , first time and it felt over-efficious. Please delete this data.

As for the requirement to approve extra guests beyond the booked number, this is intended to ensure that the property remains in line with our no-party policy and is not overcrowded, which can lead to a negative experience for everyone. Wow!

Wow! You couldn't get much closer to the sands than this! Very spacious when you're in the villa and well-equppied. We loved being able to stroll down to the beach whenever we pleased, very close to local shops as well!

What a fantastic location, we were so close to the soft sands of Toowoon Bay. We had such a great time exploring the area and taking in the refreshing sea air. Can't wait to come back!

Sunny little Oasis close to the beach

A nicely presented Villa in a small complex right across the road from the beach. Great for small families with a full kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The verandah provides a fantastic view of the beach to assess the days plans. Can imagine this place sells out fast for summer due to its closeness to the beach. Little strip of shops down the road means a morning coffee is easy. Thanks to Weekenda for looking after us. We hope to visit again soon.

Sweet little Villa on the water

Such a beautiful spot for a short break by the sea. The Villa itself is well presented and has a huge balcony to view the beach from. Supplied everything we could need for a weekend break. Short walk to the beach, shops, playground. Really easy and comfortable.
