私たちのコテージは古いスタイルの2ベッドルームの天井ボードで、東と北側に古典的なカントリースタイルのバルコニーがあり、最近改装されたバスルームと居心地の良いリビング/ダイニングルームでリラックスしたりテレビを見たり、アトラクション Hunter Valley Gardens、Hope Estate、Roche、Bimbadgenのすぐそばにあり、豪華なイタリアンレストランIl Cacciatoreの隣にあります。 Pokolbinで数多くのコンサートに参加しているならば、非常に中心的で近くです。 ヴィンテージゴルフリゾート＆スパから車で約5分のところにあり、ブドウ園、レストラン、カフェ、ハンターバレーワイン地域を世界各地の観光客に人気の観光スポットに囲まれています。
私たちは非常にプライベートでリラックスした場所、快適な完全自炊式のコテージを提供していますが、行動の中心です。
コテージは私たちの財産の唯一の賃貸宿泊施設であり、新しく建てられたファインアートギャラリーでMcDonalds Roadに近いエリアを共有しています。

I would highly recommend this place. It was a beautiful cosy cottage. It was very very clean . Even the bedding smelt clean and fresh. Had everything you would need for a great stay. I plan to cone afain with my daughter some time next year.

Our stay was amazing - the accommodation was clean and we were provided with great amenities and had everything we needed in the cottage. The location is also great and we were able to get everywhere quickly. Ron was also quick to respond to my messages and was a great host overall. Would definitely recommend!

Superb, well appointed property with everything you need . We felt very welcome. Our hosts were very thoughtful, we arrived late at night to find fresh bread, milk and butter ( and wine!). Love the set up and location

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was close to all wineries, 15mins from town and overall clean and tidy. We had everything we needed and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. We would come back again!

The house is very clean very well taken care of. Hosts, Ron and Lyn are very nice and helpful. Close to wineries and restaurants. Grounds are lush and spacious , So many beautiful birds enjoying the birdbath outside the kitchen window.
Daily visit by the birds, checking out the birdbath. Great view from the kitchen window the kitchen window..!

We absolutely love staying at Watershed's beautiful, blue cottage. Ron and Lyn are sensational hosts, extremely welcoming and supportive. Their Watershed Art Gallery is also located on the property which is a bonus.The property is in an excellent, central location. It is the perfect venue for a couple's weekend away or a trip with girlfiends. We cannot wait for a return visit!

Idyllic cottage in a great location close to lots of vineyards and restaurants. Very comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 night stay including pod coffee and breakfast staples. Beautifully fitted out with a lovely garden surrounding. The scent of the jasmine trailing over the verandah railing just perfected the atmosphere for an evening glass of wine. A lovely stay, thank you!

Fabulous cottage and location

The cleanliness of the property was the best I have ever experienced. The location is excellent, so close to everything in the area. The hosts were very friendly and the cottage was well appointed. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in the area.

Lovely cottage in a great location

The cottage was perfect! It’s well presented and well equiped with everything you would need for a weekend away. It was impeccable clean and a great location. The check in process was easy, and the host was prompt when replying to messages. We would recommend and stay again.

Midweek winter family getaway

Short break with the family to enjoy what Pokolbin has to offer. Cheese, chocolate and hot air ballooning. Our cottage was beautiful and cosy. All that we could need was available and close to everything. Thankyou!

We enjoyed 23 wonderful years raising our children, living and working in Collaroy in Sydney but we both felt that the time had come for a change of pace.
Art, wine and the Australian countryside combine in a wonderful way in Pokolbin and we have combined all three with the pleasure of providing accomodation on our 30 acre property in the heart of the vineyards.
Watershed Gallery is adjacent to the cottage and will provide an additional interest for guests visiting the region.
We want to provide an interesting experience for visitors and we are excited to be seeing our vision come to fruition.
