Beautiful House

The property was beautiful and clean.The owner had the heater on for us when we arrived (which was lovely as it got down to -4 over night).It’s close to everything and very comfortable.

Orange is lovely when it is cold.

The home was good for us. The only things that were a small problem ( and I mean small) were the back door was had to open & close and the towels were quiet old and scratchy overwise it was clean and tidy and warm. We would stay again.

Super comfy bed

In a great location close to town centre with a super comfy bed. Owners went above and beyond with beautiful linen and little extras (ie salt, oil, clothes washing facilites).

Spacious house, huge sunny backyard

Excellent, easy stay, close to railway and town centre. Nice to find fresh milk, bread and eggs in the fridge. Good heating and pleasant outdoor area with sunny yard. Recommend, will stay again!

Enjoyable stay

Stayed for an intensive school block at University. Check in process was easy. The place was really clean and tidy. The place was very central and had optimal parking. Beds were really comfy. House was well heated and cosy. Host supplied eggs and bacon which was well appreciated - even if we didn’t get a chance to eat them. Really enjoyed my stay!

Orange little beauty

The property was very clean and tidy, comfy bed and close to Orange main town. The owner had provided bread, bacon and eggs, milk etc and even a few frozen meals if you wanted to have a night in. An older style home which had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely return to this property

Traffic noise.

Website shows cottage in Anson St., it is actively in Edward St. Very noisy from 5am.

Excellent Host

Andrew was an excellent host, house was clean and comfy plus the bonus of stocked fridge and pantry. I have kept going back for work over approximately 5 weeks now. Thumbs up for me.

Clean and tidy, met our expectations. Just a bit of a busy street. Thanks for the thoughtful things in the Refrigerator, Bread, eggs, and bacon. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Thanks again.

No Wifi but lovely accommodation

The cottage was lovely and really clean. A couple of comments - no wifi in this day and age is just weird - my error as I didn't even check, I just assumed.The claim of a 'walk to town' is correct but it is about a 20 minute walk and probably not that simple at night if you've been out to dinner. In saying that we had no problem getting an uber.It would be great to have a second set of keys given there are 3 bedrooms and we had 2 sets of adults staying.

Orange Bridge Congress

Lovely little house, perfect for three mature ladies and had everything that we needed!! Orange is a lovely town to visit, and the people were lovely. Bridge was also great and the congress very well organised. Glorious weather!!!Cottage was not quite where depicted on the site map but close to everything, and it worked out well for us, with plenty of parking everywhere!! Even finally mastered the angle parking!!!The property owner was very helpful and co-operative, accommodating our every need!! And most generous leaving the fridge fully stocked with bacon & eggs etc for Breakfast!!!Overall a great time was had by all!! Thank you.

Cosy and comfortable

We stayed for a week for a wedding, The cottage is well located, just 800m walk to a pub, and has beautiful vintage features. Large backyard, but not secure. Garden and grass overgrown. Big Rooms and comfy beds were great. Bathroom good. Lack of cleanliness in the kitchen was a real let down. We would have liked more hanging space (for suits, dresses) & a full length mirror would be very useful. May we suggest a BBQ to enjoy that huge outdoor space.

Property problems

Stove didn’t work so no hot food. Excessive nighttime travel noise. No wifi. No clothes dryer nor dishwasher. Ant infestation.

Good host, good location nice to have been left breaky items in fridge. When we asked about aircon remote host responded quickly and we found it. Only issue was few things were dirty which we understand can get missed and needs a few extra towels to be able to wash your hair otherwise was very comfortable stay Thankyou.Only thing I could suggest was get wifi as we did not realise there was no wifi and we needed it for work. Every house I have rented normally has wifi.

Thank you for a very warm and cozy cottage. We walked in after a long day of travel and the heater was on. We could make a hot cup of tea and a piece of toast. Beds were warm and comfortable. Found and accessed the keys easily. Morning we used the eggs and bacon for breakfast and began our next part of our stay rested and well fed. We will use this property again.Our intention was to show respect and appreciation by leaving it clean and tidy when we left. Thank you again
