オーシャンフロントのファミリー向けコンドミニアム-美しい景色！ ビーチへのステップ

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so glad you loved the location in Cabana Row and enjoyed the quieter beaches, along with those amazing views. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for staying at Anchorage II 101 and for your feedback. I’m glad the location, cleanliness, check‑in, parking and ocean view worked well for you. I apologize for the discrepancy between the listing photos and the second bedroom — that should have been accurate. We will correct the photos/description promptly. Please share any additional details via Vrbo messaging so we can follow up. We’d love to host you again.

Thank you for your review. We would have been glad to provide you with a local beach gear rental company to rent items such as umbrellas. Unfortunately these are not supplied at the pool. Prices are subject to change year to year. We do hope outside of this you enjoyed your experience with us and will be visiting us again soon!

We appreciate you sharing this with us. The master tub drainage has already been resolved, and we wish we’d had the chance to take care of it for you during your stay. Our team is always just a call away, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a more relaxing visit

Thank you for leaving this review but we question if this was for this condo. This unit is fully updated, both bathrooms, new furniture, hard surface flooring, kitchen is totally stocked with nice flatware and dishes. This review does not match the condo. We take pride in our service to prepare each condo to a standard that doesn't match the review at all.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that, overall, you enjoyed the unit and that it was familiar to you from previous stays. However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered with the unfinished sink repair, missing kitchen garbage can, and the absence of the welcome packet. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand how frustrating it must have been to not receive the welcome packet despite your attempts to follow up, and we apologize for the miscommunication. We also take your concerns about the potential towing situation seriously and will ensure these matters are addressed moving forward to prevent any future frustration for our guests. Please keep in mind that for any future stays, you can always reach us via text, phone, or email. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’ll be working hard to improve our communication and attention to detail. We’d really love the opportunity to host you again and provide you with a better experience.

Darrin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. If you would be so kind to let us know in more detail privately about the cleaning and property condition we can pass on the feedback to the proper staff. We hope you enjoyed your stay and will return to the Anchorage again. Lisa Anchorage Rentals
