Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. I have stayed at Anchorage Inn many times and in the same unit a couple of times. It is great and always makes me feel safe and comfortable. You have everything in the condo unit that is needed to make a stay awesome. This time I took 3 others that had not been there, and they were pleasantly surprised at how it was classy, clean and comfortable for them as well. Thank You and I can't wait to come back to Anchorage Inn next year.

April Vacation

Our stay was great!!!! The condo was beautiful inside and we loved the 2 balconies. Beds were comfortable. The stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were so convenient. The elevator and carts were a definite plus. The only negative was the noise level throughout the complex early morning and late at night. We had some mild issue with the masterbath toilet, but we were able to rectify it, but it may need some attention. Management was very attentive. Definitely recommended to family, friends and fellow C.C.U. families.

Great property!

Awesome beach access. The view is everything. The property is just as listed and pictured on VRBO. They communicate very well and the expectations were clearly laid out. Would definitely rent from again.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. Minor maintenance issue occurred but it was quickly resolved. Loved the location of Anchorage in regards to beach access. The unit was nice and clean. Will stay at Anchorage again.

Enjoy our winter holidays at the beach

Right on the ocean with a small park for the kids. Plenty of Restaurants to explore, 2 large outlet centers and Coastal Grand for shopping- and Christmas shows Also room for family dining in the condo unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all we rented condo’s 301 and 302 from Anchorage II for 2 weeks from Oct. 5th through Oct 19th. I will start with 301: The Kitchen area was okay but had some broken shelves for storage foods; the refrigerator opened up to block the above mentioned storage shelves so you could not get into storage shelves and fridge at the same time, The front door was always difficult to open and shut to lock. If I could be frank all these doors on your condos should be replaced not only the locking system but the actual doors. In general the sleeping facilities were okay but some mattress were well used and should be replaced.As for unit 302 which man daughter katie and her family stayed in was very nice and looked like it had a reno recently. Their oven was difficult to operate and finally starting working properly just before we left. Sleeping facilities were nice but again the front door is old and should be replaced.My son Jim and family rented 306. It was a very nice unit and the only problem was the winding staircase to the upper loft. No child or older adult would be able to stay up there as those winding staircases were very dangerous to maneuver for children or older adults. On top of that they were dangerous for children who played around them; if they ran near them they could get injured very seriously if they bumped their heads or body on the metal parts sticking out. There really should be some kind of protection covering on the outside of the stairs.All in all it was a nice vacation except for the pool heater being broken the whole time we were there. I did write to Anchorage II staff about the pool heater and how I felt but no answer was given.We have been a loyal customer of Anchorage II condos for some 30 years. Myself and my wife (passed away 2012) had starting going to MB in 1989 with friends and ever since we have taken our kids and their kids to MB for years. I am going to be honest with you those days were wonderful and the

Great Location!

For our stay the living room photo was not up to date. There is a sofa, recliner, outdoor wicker chair and a small low swivel chair in the living room. There is NOT a loveseat. The couch is not the one pictured but definitely needs replacing, it is worn and very uncomfortable. The recliner wasn’t much better. The valances shown in the photos are not there. The remaining photos were exact with the exception of no curtain on the master window. The living room balcony curtain is dirty due to not having a handle to open and close. The master and upstairs beds were comfortable. We did not use the downstairs guest bedroom, we closed that door due to a musky smell possibly from the older bedding. It had an old basement scent that may not bother some people. There is an owners closet upstairs that should have been locked according to management. It was open and there was easily a 4 foot by 5 foot pile of dirty linens rolled and piled up in the floor. It was literally a episode of hoarders, I was worried something was under it all the first night we arrived. The unit was clean on the surface but could definitely use a deep clean and someone to take the time to go through and get rid of excess items in the kitchen and all closets. Definitely needs the owner’s attention more so than a cleaner. There are a lot of old dirty rugs, old comforters and pictures in every closet that need to be tossed along with really worn and dirty kitchen items. There is a smell of garlic we could never locate. Luckily the weather allowed us to flip off the AC and open doors. The carpeting on the stairs is matted and dirty. With all that said the unit was overall okay. The owners are definitely making updates that are nice. The walls are freshly painted, wood floors are nice and the kitchen and master bath updates are as shown in the photos. The location was great, pool and common areas were always clean. Check in and out easy and during early May we had no issue with parking. Easy walk to the beach with great views from the decks.
