The advertised rate is for 5 guests, extras are at $40 per head per night up to 10 max and we are very strict with all extras being fully paid up

Linen and cleaning mandatory. Linen charged at $35 per head. The 5th sleeping area is a sleeper couch with a proper double mattress in the lounge

Great location

We stayed here during christmas and it was great. Good location not far from town, the lake and neighbourhood. The house was everything as listed and would definitley reccommend to anyone wanting to stay.

The home was very accessible and worked well for our needs. There were plenty of kitchen amenities and the house was well set up. For a large family it worked very well. Couple of small things could potentially be improved but overall great property with good location.

Easy, no hassle

Clear communication and instructions. Property very easy to find. Good location, nice quite neighborhood. Not walking distance to town but is a short drive. Perfect for what we wanted. One of the few properties in price range that had 3+ queen bedrooms so suited our group of adults.

Fantastic Home in Rotorua

We are in love with this property!! It has everything we need for a large family and was comfortable and close to lots in the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone else looking in the area.

Good choice!

Good comms throughout the booking experience. This property is a good size for families but we found it was perfect for our group of 8 adults who stayed for 3 nights. It has 4 large beds (i.e. no bunks), 2 bathrooms, and 2 heat pumps. It’s on a quiet street, the patio area is fairly private, and it’s pretty close to the nearest shopping centre and activities. The property is very clean, the furniture is comfy, has good appliances, Netflix is available, and they provide quality linens and plenty of towels for your stay. Our group were very comfy and we’d all recommend this property, thanks for sharing your home.

Great for two families

Great house, with plenty of room for two families, in a good location. Nice and warm with two heat pumps. Perfect for our weekend away.

Amazing house to stay at. Fit my big family perfectly. House is spacious and my family loved it

Perfect for a bigger family. Had everything we needed and location is perfect! Only 2mins away from the main road with alot of activities and shops etc. Will definitely book this place for our next family holiday as the house suited us perfectly. Feels like a home away from home! Fully fenced. Cute patio area with bbq area. Dryer may need looking at as it took all day to dry one load but wasn't a biggie as it was nice and hot so was able to hang it out on the line. House lock is perfect, no need to remember to take a house key as it is pin activated. House was 10/10 for us.

Great place for the extended family

It was our second time at this property staying 3 nights and we enjoyed it again, 6 adults, 4 kids. Central and quiet, with space to enjoy. Easy instructions and a few extra items around the house for us to enjoy Prompt service from property manager Norman, as we had to move the booking date by one night and we could get access afew hours earlier as it was empty the night before.

Great place for the extended family

We enjoyed staying here as a group with our children and grandkids for 3 nights. The place is spacious, renovated, warm and has very good beds. Very quiet road and close to the attractions. We would be happy to stay again.
