Morag was really helpful in the process. The stay was simply sublime. We stayed for our Wedding and we were in love with every aspect from location to the style of the apartment.

Fabulous accommodation

The apartment was lovely - sunny, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and wonderfully located within an easy walk of restaurants, cafes, pubs and three supermarkets. We loved our four nights in Newcastle and would definitely stay here again if we return!

Beautiful, comfortable home away from home

So thoughtfully prepared for guests - breakfast provisions, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Best location for a weekend stay - we were so close to Darby St for cafes and city centre. We had a wonderful time, thankyou and we'll be staying here again next time we come to Newcastle!

The most stunning light filled apartment in a wonderful location, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes , parks . You can walk everywhere. Everything was beautifully appointed . Cant wait to stay again.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Newcastle. Close to shops and restaurants, but in a very quiet area. The apartment was better than the photos and really light and airy and relaxing. It had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. The parking was quite tricky at times, but we always managed to find somewhere. Would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay at Flourish on Bull. The house was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities you would need for a nice stay. It was close to some great pubs and places to eat, as well as near a nice shopping district. Definitely will keep it in our books if we’re at Newcastle again! Thanks!

Absolutely stunning apartment!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and then with my husband the night of our wedding. It was the most perfect place to relax and get ready. Morag has done an exceptional job with the interior design and decor; so much character in every room. The beds were also amazing too. Morag was an outstanding host making sure we had everything we needed including putting in full length mirrors. Another nice touch was the fresh cut flowers. I am actually from Newcastle, but if you're not, Morag has tourist booklets handy for your use and the place is within perfect walking distance from a ton of cafes, restaurants, bars, the beach and transport. I 100% would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a bit of comfort and luxury during their stay!

Great space

A lovely open space with great furnishings. A great location only minutes from Darby Street and close to the wharf-side area. Morag was great to liaise with. We would definitely stay again.

Top Shelf Terrace

A beautiful terrace in a great location. Very warm and cosy on a cold and windy weekend in Newcastle. Cafe, hotel, supermarket all within walking distance, but still a lovely quiet location. Would most definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely place -we wanted to live there !

Flourish on Bull is such a lovely place. It is obvious that the owner is the interior designer that apartment sits atop. All the furnishings are put together so well, I instantly wanted Morag to design our place ! The place is large enough for a family and plenty of space for people to lounge around and read a book and enjoy the streaming sun through the gorgeous arched window. The kitchen and dining space are great and easy to use for meal preparation but the apartment is 5 mins away from Darby street full of eateries. And also a large Harris Farm. This is an easy place to live in. There is also a thoughtful selection of items in the pantry. We stayed for 2 nights but could have easily stayed much longer. One of the nicest and most restful places we’ve stayed.

fabulous apartment!

We loved staying at this beautifully decorated apartment - the location is excellent and we were very surprised at how quiet it was! Although there is no designated parking - we had no trouble getting a park in the street! We have found our place to stay when we next visit Newcastle!! Thank you Morag.

Beautiful property, fantastic location, great host

We had such a great time at Flourish On Bull. From first contact Morag was a great host. Her apartment is gorgeous, with such high quality throughout. The location is fantastic-we took advantage of the beautiful tree lined streets, strolls along the beach (great recommendation from Morag) and Darby street and ate at such great local spots for almost every meal. I sure hope we can come back again soon!!

Flourish on Bull is a heritage listed building. It is situated in the best street in Cooks Hill, Newcastle, which is an Inner city suburb of Newcastle CBD.
My building is so special - It has a 5.5 metre x 3 metre high arch window that is just perfect to sit and have a glass of wine or coffee. It is within walking distance to beaches, our beautiful harbour, the city, art galleries, Darby street & all the other great offerings of Newcastle.
You can walk everywhere , the locals are fabulous
