The Lookout - Lovely home with views over the city to the beautiful Tasman Bay!

The Lookout is a warm & comfortable one-bedroom holiday home that features native Rimu timber floors & furniture, and a fully-equipped kitchen & BBQ.

It is located on a small quiet & friendly street with easy walking distance to town & the neighbourhood bars & restaurants. Just 5 mins walk to Founders Heritage Park & 15-20 mins walk to the City Centre.

The convenience & privacy of the home is very ideal for travelling professionals or couples.

**Special notes & conditions**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Generally, pets are not permitted, but you are welcome to contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home.

- This home is not suitable for young children. Please be aware that the home is located on the second level of the property & is accessed via stairs.

- The owner's boat (not available to guests) occupies the carport area & the garage is reserved for owner storage. The laundry is located in the carport.

- A single off-street carpark is available for guests. The carpark is parallel to the house & directly in front of the car-port & garage door.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben hier die Tage über Weihnachten verbracht und haben die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht grandios. Bei unserem Aufenthalt blies der Wind stark vom Meer hinauf, so dass es nicht so gemütlich war, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, dann ist das Sofa im Zimmer zu klein für zwei Personen. Vielleicht sollte über die Anbringung eines Windschutzes nachgedacht werden? Dann wäre auch ein Liegestuhl schön. Für das Wetter kann niemand etwas, daher trotzdem 5Sterne, da die Wohnung wirklich schön und sehr gut gelegen ist, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen, Wanderwege beginnen quasi am Haus und Nelson und Umgebung hat viel zu bieten.

Great pad!

Great accommodation. Had a very wet day in Nelson & was a great place to cosy up. Everything you could need. Fabulously furnished.

A little sanctuary in the city

The cutest wee house with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. A 10 minute walk to the city centre. I loved the sunny deck with the sea view. Literally felt like I was in a tree house. Thank you.

A Peaceful Haven

A lovely place to stay. Great view of harbour. Very quiet street. If ordering a taxi be aware that there is an Iwa Road (this property) and an Iwa Street. About $12 into Nelson central. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great views, beautifully set up, good location.

The furniture and furnishing was very tasteful and with beautiful recycled native timber, small but excellent lay-out. One night one of the neighbours was using a chainsaw for hours until 9PM. This was very annoying as we couldn't even hear the TV above the noise. The place was superficially cleaned with lots of dust underneath couch and bed remaining and stuff left in the oven
