Really welcoming host with a lovely home. Comfy beds, great location and awesome pool. Dishwasher was difficult to use and lounge suites could be more accommodating for the amount of people but overall a great experience.

Good location but sadly lacking in care - plates etc are cheap and don’t match frying pans in a disgraceful state and coffee machine broken (this was replaced) multiple lightbulbs not working and toilet brush totally disgusting. No bin liners left and felt very uncared for. Location great for surfers and could be great with a bit of care and attention. Disappointed at value for money

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, though we’re sorry to learn that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. The issues you mentioned regarding kitchen items, lighting, and cleanliness have been noted and passed on to our maintenance and housekeeping teams for review. Our maintenance team attended immediately to attend to all issues reported. The coffee machine although reported after 6.00pm was replaced by 7.00am the next morning, just in time for your first coffee of the day, including an assortment of pods for your enjoyment, toilet brushes were also replaced, lights were unable to be repaired by maintenance, an electrician was called to attend. Although we do our best to ensure everything is in good order, we do occasionally have hiccups along the way. Our sincere apologies this has happened during your stay. Your comments help us identify areas for improvement, and we will take them on board to enhance the overall guest experience. Warm regards Bliss Holiday Homes

Perfect location

A perfect location just a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of traffic where everything was supplied for an enjoyable time together.

60th Celebration

Our families rented both properties and were happy overall with everything. Just a few clichés which were wear and tear but property handling person was onto it, when we sent through the request. Thank you so much, the location was perfect, and houses spacious that catered 18 members using both houses. Also weather was fantastic

Nice house, poorly maintained

Great house for 10 people, however fixtures and fittings had not been maintained. Tap handles fell off making it difficult to operate. We ran out of gas early on and there was no backup plan. 2 large gas bottle and 9kg empty, that meant no cooking and no hot water, the answer from the management was to go get swap and go bottle, lucky we had tools and knowledge of how to change the bottle.

Oh really? Thank you for your review, but please be honest. Immediately you notified us that the gas had run out (due to a delay in the scheduled Origin refill) we organised to send our handyman over to hook up a supply for you. Our response was NOT to go and get a swap and go - rather, your husband advised us not to worry as he had already done so as he was a builder and had a spanner in his car. You were without hot water for a very brief time and we apologised profusely for this inconvenience. The conversation with your husband was extremely pleasant and gave us no cause for concern and we did not hear from you again throughout the stay. To give a 3 star review based on something that was never an issue is incredibly unfair. You also never told us that you experienced an issue with tap handles. This has never been reported before or since your stay, but had you advised we would have immediately sent a plumber to address. Thank you for the heads up via your review.

Property Review

We recently stayed here for the NSW school holidays as their first renters. It was a beautifully set out house with a beautiful view from the back. Within walking distance of Surfers main area of restaurants, bars etc. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Tiffany and Nick are great to deal with when we did have a couple of issues.
