This house is perfect perfectly located in Petaluma and so convenient to a beautiful small downtown as well as just about 30 minutes from Dillon Beach on the coast. It’s a perfect place to stay. Nicely furnished quiet at night and a really quality Home and Yard. Was perfect for my pet and for me. Truly loved it and give it the highest rating. Connie was very communicative and very helpful. In your right across the street from a wonderful ice cream shop so what’s not to love?

Vicki, thank you. And yes, the pull-out sofabed is exactly as was described on the listing! Although this has been replaced with a new and improved convertible sofa after your visit.
