This property is perfectly wonderful. The host is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The home is clean, tidy, and well cared for. It is very quiet. It is nicely appointed for an extended stay. Its location is outstanding. It is very close to the main N/S freeway giving you access to SF and the rest of Marin County. It is very accessible to northern coastal California and Napa and Sonoma. There is plenty of room and parking.

First, John is an outstanding host. He was helpful and always available if needed. The home was very clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the location right on the water and the sunsets were truly spectacular.There are a variety of restaurants nearby, major grocery stores and interesting areas to explore.It was fun watching the boats, water sports and bird life. The evenings were peaceful. We would definitely come back again.

Great home to stay for a family event in Marin County. Why stay in a hotel when you can be in a 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a full kitchen, sunroom facing the beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking the Bel Marin Keys lagoon? Jump off the private dock and take a swim or enjoy the hot tub. Convenient location to Hwy. 101 and 37.

Beautiful, relaxing retreat

We had a wonderful visit in this beautiful home. The host, John, is incredibly attentive to every detail making our stay so comfortable. The views, birds, cleanliness, and amenities made it such a special holiday getaway for our family. We will be back!

Best Napa / SFO location

We went to visit wineries and everything the area has to offer. The property is conveniently located in between SFO & Napa. The property would be a great destination all by itself if you just wanted to get away and get the knots out of your rope.

The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, we had a couple scheduling problems on our end, and the host was so flexible and understanding with us the house is beautiful, and clean and has everything you need for a stay. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely perfect! This clean and comfortable rental had everything we needed and more. We cooked healthy meals every day in the well-stocked, high-quality kitchen, and enjoyed the fireplace every night. The calm water, green hills, variety of birds and gorgeous sunsets were a much-needed retreat between our 15 trips to UCSF (a mere 35-minute drive). There were many indoor and outdoor options to either gather or find some alone-time. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable with generous closets and drawers. The washer and dryer are high-quality and away from sleeping quarters. The driveway was big enough for visiting family members to park off the street. And when our loved one was tired from all those appointments, we were grateful for the lack of stairs, and how the power bed raised her head to look at that infamous view. Priceless!John and Patti were kind and generous with their communication. They made sure we knew what to expect before we arrived, texted a few heads-up during our stay, and had helpful notes around the house. There were cleaning supplies for us to use, and everything we needed to make this stay perfect.When life gives you lemons, find a place to make lemonade. This was that place. Did I mention they literally had a lush lemon tree? And sugar! Thank you, again and again!

We had a terrific one-week stay. The kitchen was everything described in the listing, and we made good use of it. The same with the laundry facilities. Some in our party even found time to take the kayak out on the water and use the hot tub. Our party ranged in age from 1 to 75 and we all found the stay excellent. I'd heartily recommend this property.

Beautiful Novato Home on the Water

We had a wonderful week is this beautiful, light filled, well appointed, clean and comfortable home! The kitchen had everything needed to cook all of our meals, there is plenty of seating and room for our family to be together both in the dining room and relaxing in living room and sun room! The beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are big with great water pressure! The outdoor deck on the water offered the most amazing sunsets! We will definitely be back.

A Wonderful Experience.

The property was very well maintained with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were worried it might get too warm in the house with the lack of A/C, but with open windows and the nice breeze it stayed very comfortable. Communication was excellent with John during the entire process of booking all the way through to checking out. We wish we could have stayed longer, but, we are thinking about coming back next year.

Didn't disappoint

My husband and two kids stayed here for a week. Description and photos are true to actual property. The home was well kept and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the serene view although it was too cold for us to enjoy the dock. Home is well situated between the coast, wine country and San Francisco. Thanks foe a comfortable stay.

House on Bel Marin Keys

House was clean and appeared recently remodeled with new appliances etc. We had a nice stay. The day after departing the owner contacted me about "damage" to two sunroom screen doors. He sent a picture where the sharp metal latch was closing directly on a painted surface - scratching the paint. One of these doors we never even opened. I contacted the owner by replying to his text and then calling to discuss, but he never responded. The lack of communication was unfortunate after an otherwise nice stay.
