As far as the condo itself, we were satisfied with that, particularly the corner oceanfront balcony which we spent the majority of our time. The kitchen and bedrooms are quite small and not much closet space. The rental company itself is a different story and that is the lack of communication. I simply cannot get responses to my emails, as of yesterday evening the phone message has been updated to say they are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you cannot leave a message and they have “limited” access to emails. During the last month before our vacation began on May 24th I could not get in touch with anyone and it was a stressful time due to travel bans in our home state, however I was able to speak with the insurance representative with the vacation insurance I purchased, as we had considered canceling our plans all together, she had no trouble getting in touch with them, it took me three emails, the last one being very direct voicing my frustration at the lack of communication, before I finally received a response. Upon arrival, due to the office being closed on Sunday, we checked into the “closet” which is at the back of the building and contains your binder, instructions and keys, which is acceptable to me, seeing as the office was closed. However, the unacceptable part is on Monday morning, or any day, during our 8 day stay did we receive a call or an email welcoming us, asking us if everything was fine with our check in. We discovered the pool, hot tub and gym were all closed, this was apparently decided a week prior to our arrival by the HOA, this also was not communicated to us, I did reach out in email and surprisingly received a response the next day, this was the ONLY email response. In the binder it states we would receive a departure email two days prior to our checkout, absolutely nothing! We checked out Monday morning at 7:40 am and not one word of communication, I even emailed yesterday afternoon and again noth
