Very nice and clean! Everything you need for your stay at the beach. Beach umbrella was broke but not land lords fault. Previous renters had broken it and not informed them. We do plan on staying again when vacationing in PCB.

Very convenient location to shopping and the post office. We could walk right out the sliding glass doors and down the path to the beach. The view of the beach from inside the townhouse was magnificent on both levels!!!!!! Half bath downstairs was very convenient. Wide sidewalks in front of the condo strip made for a safe, enjoyable long walk every morning. Pam, our contact person, was always assessible and went out of her way to accommodate us with any concerns we had.

Great location. Just a few little things that could’ve been better.

Condo was very nice! Only things that bothered us were. There were only 3 wash rags and 3 towels in each bathroom. For a 5 night stay they definitely need more linens. The master bathroom plugs didn’t work and the worst was with all the stray cats running around the house they use the sand walkway to the beach for their litter box. We stepped in cat poop twice goin to beach.

Ocean is literally steps from back door :)

This place is REALLY located on the beach & the ocean is just a few steps away from the back door. Beach was crowed during our stay which at times could be a pain. Unit is long overdue for updating. Mold on ceilings was visible, carpets need a to be cleaned by a professional & they need to hire a new cleaning service. Entire unit was covered in dust & no there was no construction going on at the time we were there. Overall, the location of unit won me over. Next trip to PC Beach I'll be staying at one of the more updated & cleaner neighboring units.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:- We're happy to hear that you were able to enjoy the beach during your stay.- As stated in a past review, there was a leak that has since been repaired. There is a brand-new AC unit and the mold was entirely removed. The ceilings and walls were also repainted.- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Health & Safety Issue

Unfortunately, the property needs an uplift. My wife and I, along with our infant stayed at this property in June 2023. The two upstairs bathrooms have mold in the ceiling area (I have pictures/video). It is spreading more in the Master bathroom. My question is, how did the owner or management company NOT see it. Mold doesn’t grow overnight. This property should not be rented to anyone until that issue is corrected (health & safety). Also, property wasn’t cleaned throughly. There was dirt and dust under the furnishing. With 6 hours between checkout time, the property should be deep cleaned as it does smell like mold. On a greater note, the property is conveniently located whether you are there for a beach day or hitting Pier Park. That’s about it.

Hi Israel, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We’ve passed your feedback along and will be working with the cleaning service to make sure that future guests can have a five-star experience. We want to make cleanliness and sanitization top priorities so that our guests can rest easy. - The mold you encountered is not an ongoing issue as it was only on the surface and arose quickly when the heat soared. The ducts were leaking in the attic and because of the extreme heat, this caused excessive moisture. We began rectifying the problem as soon as it was identified. - We now have a brand-new AC unit and the mold has been completely removed. The ceilings and walls have also been repainted as this is an issue we took very seriously, so we immediately corrected the issue. We always work with guests if issues arise and take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark. Now that we have resolved all of your concerns, we are confident that future guests will have a relaxing stay!

This is a great beach property, with walk-out access to beach.

Awesome stay at PCB last week. Property was extremely clean, well-maintained, with well-stocked kitchen, and bed/bath linen, towels, etc. Interior decor is very well designed. This beach town house was extremely spacious, and accommodated 6 guests very comfortably. The half bath on the first floor in addition to the 2 full baths upstairs comes in very handy. This is also one of the best locations in PCB, with a wide choice of restaurants and grocery stores i.e. Walmart nearby. Section of beach accessible from house patio was very nice and quiet. Patio was a nice add!

Beautiful condo for our honeymoon

We booked this condo for our honeymoon, absolutely beautiful & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan to come again next year & hope to secure this same property. Management company Evolve representative was very helpful & communicative. Highly recommend.

September Stay at PCB

Pam was an amazing host for our stay at the property. She continued to communicate with us and assist us with any questions that we had. The property is in an amazing location, you really are just a few steps to the beach. The property has a locked garage for your vehicle as well as an additional parking space. We felt so safe and secure with the security features of the property. The townhome also has a collection of water toys and chairs stored outside for your convenience. My family and I were also very impressed with how nice and comfortable the master bedroom was. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will be looking forward to trying to rebook this property in the future. Also, don't forget to tip those cleaning girls. They do a fantastic job!

Great location Poor condition of property

Wonderful location everything is in walking distance and has a awesome view of the ocean from an Nice large patio. Great shopping and food close by. With that said furniture and rugs stained. Many lights were out. Shower curtain liners covered in mold. Towels and wash rags has stains on them. Floors had dirt and a dead roach on them. For the cleaning fees and price of this home, this kind of condition was unacceptable. They never offered anything except apologies. I hope these conditions are addressed before anyone else rents this home. The furnishings are nice and would be wonderful if these issues are addressed. I would only stay again with proof this was taken care of or if they need to reduce rental fees to reflect present conditions. For prices paid I expected way more attention to detail. To be fair the said the conditions would be addressed but so much for the renters before it was done like myself. I told property manager about issues and nothing was done during our overpriced stay.😞
