lovely location with potential if maintained properly

Enjoyed the locality. Shame the maintenance and cleanliness of the property did not meet the expense. Not air-conditioned and fans non functioning.

Thanks Theresa I'm glad you liked the location, as for the fans they are only a year old and one was not working due to a guest reprogramming the remote but it is working now. Please don't leave negative comments that are not reflective of my place and the 4.82 star rating that I have had for over 3 years on other Web sites, But more so due to the fact that you had to pay an extra charge as you had let you dog onto all the beds and lounges which then had soiled and left dog hair all over my linen, and also your family had broken the legs of my new outdoor timber Table. And you hadn't cleaned up after your dog in the yard. So please Theresa respect people places as if it was your own.

Great quiet location, comfortable accommodation

Had everything we needed, comfortable beds. Close drive to beaches. Kangaroos in the street! Amazing sunset at St Georges Basin. Thanks Joe for a great stay.

Beach getaway

A little disappointing. Considering the price, I thought we would be closer to the beach. It was actually a 10-15 minute drive. The house was cleanish, although there were things under lounge chair from previous guests. It was a nice, secure place but would benefit from professional cleaners. I liked the combination lock on the door. As we had 6 adults staying, there was no hassle with keys when we all went our seperate ways.

Two night stay in Sanctuary Point

Good place, plenty of space good facilities. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We were there for a funeral and had 3 adults staying comfortably in the house. I would recommend this house as a good value option.

Fantastic property. Joe is a great host.

The property had everthing we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and nicely furnished and maintain . We were there for a family wedding and we had plenty of space to all get ready for the event. Joe even contacted me to let me know we could stay a bit longer on the day we left , thanks Joe , much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Sanctaury Point Short Stay

Beds by the Basin was a lovely property- very clean and tidy. I had a lovely short stay with my friends in a great location. Joe was very friendly and hospitable and even allowed us to go in a bit early as it was raining. Plenty of room for the six of us and loved the fact we had two bathrooms. Perhaps a mirror in the other 2 bedrooms would have been an advantage as we were all heading out at the same time to an evening function. But overall we were all very happy with the property and would stay again if in the area. Michelle from Sydney

Thank you for your feedback Michelle I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at my home and the extra bathroom helped, it is situated in a great location and the walks along the basin is lovely you may get a chance next time to enjoy it a bit more. I will be installing another mirror in the 3rd bedroom as for the main bedroom there was another mirror behind the door to the walk-in robe which you weren't aware of. You and your friends are welcome back anytime Michele.

Great base to enjoy the area

Really well presented accommodation with room for 6 adults. Multiple bathrooms made it easy for the 5 of us staying there. Extra touches like DVD's and local information, made it easy to enjoy the space and the surroundings.

Excellent property

The house is super clean and cosy. It’s short distance to cafes, lake, beach and brand new shopping centre. Highly recommend!
