Easy checkin and right across the street from the beach

The staff were accommodating when we asked for extra parking and the sun deck, pool, and hot tub were a great plus. Good for small or large groups.

Family Fun!!!

We had an Amazing time at this Property. Right across from the beach and with great Restaurants within a Mile. Also Amazing Customer Service from the Staff during Check in. We were completely satisfied with our stay and look forward to future family fun trips!!!

Good Stay!!

We had a great time. Within 5 to10 minutes of Shopping and restaurants. Beach access 30 seconds. Pool and hot tub were clean. Family oriented.

Great Stay

The management on site was phenomenal with anything we needed. The units were extremely clean and mattresses even had bed bug protection covers on. The unit was extremely close to the free trolley, which was super convenient.

The location is perfect! Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. Both units were clean and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location

2nd time staying here in 2021. Location is convenient, parking, and all appliances in unit. Walk across the street to the white sandy beach. Friendly staff.

Great place for a vacation

Had family coming into town and wanted a place to stay at the beach. This was the greatest......we had 2 rooms that were attached so 3 bedrooms/3 bath...2 kitchens and 4 adults and 3 kids. Was perfect, just right across from the beach. Very nice staff and so friendly. Will be back :)

Girls trip was perfect

8 ladies flew down and stayed here in connecting rooms and it could not have been a better place to stay. Everything was clean it was a half block to the beach that was not busy. They had everything you needed to enjoy the day at the beach from chairs to towels to nice umbrellas! One friend left behind diamond earrings in the room and we reached out and they found them and shipped them to us free of charge. Pool and hot tub was nice after a long day at the beach! We are coming back hopefully soon!

GREAT LOCATION! Can't wait to visit again!

What a great place! I had never been to AMI before and I was not disappointed! The property is located right next to the beach, which is very convenient for all, especially if you have little ones that you want to go back to the room to change them or rest. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for my family. Also, those sunsets from the balcony area were amazing! Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Great location for a beach getaway

We were a group of 10 and the place was big enough for all of us. I agreed with some previous reviews here that the pictures need to be updated, the place is better than what it looks in the pictures. The beach is espectacular and just crossing the street from the property. The island have a free trolley that takes you everywhere no need for driving which is perfect. The staff where great and recommended places to eat and visit which was great. Highly recommend The Ugly Grouper restaurant, if you like fish we had the best grouper tacos there. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and most of that time is walking through the parking lot. The beach is quiet and not over populated. The place is clean and the staff is nice.

Girls Trip

The location and amenities of this property were perfect for our girls weekend. The pool was clean and comfortable for lounging. The availability of beach umbrellas and chairs that we only had to carry right across the street to the beach was so amazing! The only downside was that the pull-out sofa mattresses were dirty (we found lucky charms in one and a dried up contact lens in the other) and uncomfortable (which is not surprising because pull out beds are never comfortable). However, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and there were ample towels for our large group of ladies. The kitchens had plenty of cookware and dishes. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay at this location again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the convenience/proximity to the beach. No need to drive and a very short walk. Great with kids in tow. #5 - We typically rent this unit and have stayed a few times. Positives: generally an acceptable unit, all the necessary amenities, nice layout with plenty of space for 4 or 6, no 2nd floor noise above bedrooms which is great. Areas for improvement: needs cosmetic touch-ups, tile floors are in good condition but filthy, some decline in appliance conditions. #4 - Positives: generally an acceptable unit, all the necessary amenities, nice layout with plenty of space for 2. Unit smelled fresh. Areas for improvement: needs cosmetic touch-ups, tile floors are in good condition but filthy, some decline in appliance conditions. Unit smelled too ‘ocean like’ and had to turn the air conditioning temp lower and buy/use room deodorizer to tolerate. Girls weekend

Great condo that was perfect for our weekend. Right across from the beach. The only bummer is the property is at a blind turn on gulf drive so crossing the road to the beach is a little tricky. But you are right across from the beach and the sun deck is perfect for gatherings. Thanks for the amazing weekend!
