This elevated condo is designed for an unforgettable vacation experience, blending relaxation with style from the moment you arrive. Your stay begins with a private elevator that opens into the spacious, open-concept great room, seamlessly connecting the living room and dining area. The space exudes warmth and an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding or entertaining.

The kitchen is a standout feature, boasting elegant granite countertops and offering views of the Gulf from both the ...kitchen island and the expansive balcony that runs the full length of the condo. Here, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the Gulf while sipping a drink or enjoying the sunset.

The primary suite provides a tranquil retreat, featuring an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub, a walk-in shower, and a private balcony ideal for sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, a laundry sink, and extra storage space.

On the first floor, you'll find a versatile storage or game room with sliding glass doors, a one-car garage, and additional parking on the side or in front of the garage. This home truly captures the essence of island living.

Sand Dollar Villa is centrally located in Bradenton Beach, just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico. You can leave your car behind and take a short stroll or trolley ride to Bridge Street, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions that make Anna Maria Island a popular destination.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for two dogs with a maximum weight of 25 pounds each and a non-refundable pet fee per dog for the first week. There is an additional fee per dog per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

We loved the Sand Dollar villa. Well appointed, clean, spacious unit with an easy walk to the beach (like literally a block). Had a question about check in and the host got back within minutes. Great rental.

Beautiful condo that was pet friendly, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room and balcony with beach view/relaxing. In a quiet neighborhood that did have plenty of people out and about jogging, walking. Close walk to beach access. Would definitely stay again!!We did have a heating / cooling issue mid stay and they called service company and quickly resolved.

The location was perfect! 1 block from the beach, and the beach was beautiful! The place was spacious, quiet and very clean. It had a well appointed kitchen as well as a comfortable living room. The bedrooms were just the right size. The best bedroom was the master with a bathroom to die for. We would definitely come back to the same place and recommend it to our friends and family.

Summer vaca

Great place! Great location. Only downside was the noise from the upstairs guest. Host was very quick to respond when when we had an issue with the AC. It was serviced and back up and running in less than 2 hours.

The house is adorable and in a great location. We got there very late and had no problem getting in. Lots of lighting, switches in a perfect place so we weren’t stumbling in. We found the placement of information about our stay and what to do when leaving very helpful. I would stay again!

Location 10/10 - super short walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Free trolley runs every 20 minutes most of the day.House 8/10- we were unlucky with 2 different groups of guests that stayed in the unit above us. Simply walking back-and-forth was very loud and kept us up at night. The listing said there was a grill, but there was no grill. We double checked with the office & were told that was a generic listing & that our unit did not have a grill. This was a factor when choosing the house, so this was disappointing.Communication 5/10 - We checked in after hours on a Sunday and didn’t receive our check-in code on time. After leaving a message at 4pm with no response, we had to call again hours later to finally reach someone. We happened to be on a flight during this, which made the lack of communication especially stressful, since we thought we would have to find alternative accommodations and everything around us was sold out.We also reached out multiple times to clarify the number of beds in the 3rd bedroom due to conflicting listing information, but didn’t hear back until one week before check-in. There are indeed 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. We would come back to the area but not this rental.

Everything was excellent. Our only complaint is this: We stayed on the second floor. We could footsteps from the third floor very plainly. There needs to be a sound barrier between floors.

too much construction on the house we stayed in they are still repairing from the hurricane last year. then the toilets were hard to flush, u have to hold your hand on lever for 15 to 20 seconds for them to flush.next door they started putting on a new roof on a house. we have an infant that her naps were interrupted during the day which made for a miserable nights rest. i reported to maintenance text line but have not heard back
