Super well appointed house with so many small details provided. En suites in every bedroom is perfection! Attic living room awesome space for kids to hang and play. We were lucky to have good weather to enjoy the porch!

Charming country home with spacious kitchen and plenty of room to gather. Each bedroom has own updated bathroom- perfect for large groups. Plenty of parking, too.

This was an amazing property for (my now) wife, bridal party & myself. All rooms had their own bathroom & the common area on the top floor was good for isolating any noise!

Best weekend!

We got married at Raspberry plain manor and Thomson farm was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for the weekend! The house was perfect, everyone had a room and bathroom to themselves and it was clean and so comfortable! I cannot recommend it enough!

Family & Friends NYE get-away

We stayed at the farm for NYE with four families. It was nice having all the bedrooms and secluded outdoor space. Check-in and check-out was very easy and host communicated well.

Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful and comfortable house for our extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving together! Antonio was so helpful, responding to all our emails and questions about how the kitchen was stocked. And the beds were great- super comfortable!

Property was nice and clean. Beautiful Setting, wild life everywhere. Some beds need to be replaced. Bathrooms need more than 1 washcloth for 3 night stay.

We used the property as overflow for our overseas wedding guests. It all worked out perfect. The farm house is very charming with comfortable bed rooms. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Best Day Ever!

This charming farm house was our staging area for my daughter's wedding at a nearby winery. The bedrooms with ensuite full baths were neat and comfy letting us rest our tired dancing/wedding setup feet. We were able to equip the full kitchen with drinks and snacks and everyone had a place at the big country style table. We highly recommend this lovely home away from home.

Charming and perfect for Raspberry Plain Manor wedding stays

We loved being so close to RP manor so we could dash over - and we did - for pre-wedding "emergencies." It was very clean and comfortable. Grandparents and other family members stayed with us, and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Jill was on top of things when we left and sent us pics of a few items that we left, and we were able to go pick them up (we live relatively nearby). I would recommend it even if you aren't involved in a wedding on the property. It's peaceful and lovely, and close to Leesburg and its beautiful offerings.

Lovely property but house is not accessible for some.

This property was in a beautiful setting and the overall property was lovely. We appreciated a bathroom in every bedroom. However the lack of an indoor gathering space (other than the kitchen) will prevent us from returning. We are a group of siblings that ranged in age from 62-74. The third story living space was difficult for some to access and impossible to access for others..

Groom’s family weekend stay

9 members of my family stayed for the weekend of my son’s wedding. Jill was amazing!! So very kind!! Her daughter made us a plate of DELICIOUS rice krispy treats…that was so sweet and special to us all! The welcome bottle of champagne in frig was such a generous touch. All bedrooms and beds were very nice and comfortable! Beautiful kitchen very well equipped. It was an extremely hot weekend but the house stayed nice and cool. We did have an issue with Antonio and “Aric” that was handled very unprofessionally. I was completely shocked and very much taken back by the conversation and the way I was talked too. An apology email was sent by Antonio later that day. Other than that issue, we all were very pleased with the property and location to the other wedding events that took place over the weekend.Thank you Jill for your hard work and kindness!

Great Space for Wedding Prep

We stayed at Thomson Farm our wedding weekend. It was amazing to be able to provide rooms for our parents and wedding party. It was so nice to not have to share bathrooms as well. We were able to use the large kitchen space for hair and makeup the morning of the wedding. It was so nice being so close to our venue!

Excellent stay!

The Thomson Farm was an excellent place for our large family to stay while in town for a wedding. The house was spacious, well stocked and charming! The location was so serene and comfortable. We loved the country setting with the convenience of being close to town. The hosts were excellent and if ever given the opportunity to come back we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect for friend’s wedding stay-over!

This place is awesome- the scenery is beautiful and the location is easily accessed and private all at once! Each of the 7 bedrooms has it’s own bath. The loft has a big TV and was perfect for baseball playoff viewing. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and we definitely took advantage of the porch swing! The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful historic farmhouse! We have a large family and this house was perfect for us. Lot's of wildlife to watch from the front porch swing and gorgeous setting. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Setting for Family Gathering

Our family stayed for the weekend for our son’s wedding reception nearby. It was a fantastic location, with comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms, a lovely porch, and well equipped kitchen, especially with platters, vases, plates, utensils. Rented tables and chairs (Sammy’s) for a small family take out dinner, which was lovely out back with the string lights overhead. So much history and the place was spotless and updated to perfection. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Thomson Farm while attending a family wedding (7 couples). The location is perfect, far enough out to enjoy lots of privacy yet a short and easy drive into Leesurg. The home is perfect, I wouldn't change a thing, it is immaculate with lovely furnishings.

Cozy Farmhouse Getaway

One of the hardest things about the pandemic has been the inability to gather safely with friends. This past weekend we were able to reconnect with dear friends and soak up the beautiful views of this tucked away, farmhouse! The views alone would have been worth the stay, but the outdoor space allowed for us to take advantage of every possible second outside. The owner couldn’t have been more communicative or accommodating to our needs. The place was immaculate and made our first venture out a stress-free one. Looking forward to booking again soon!
