Self check-in with code or key
Property is elevated so may be difficult for some people to walk up driveway or front steps. Cars can be driven to top of driveway and parked next to entrance
Walk to Aquatic centre, tennis courts, skate park and football ground 5-8 mins walk.

15 min walk to OG central shops, cafes.

5 minutes drive to Barwon Heads

10 mins to Adventure Park

Stylish 3 bedroom spacious beach haven. In sought after old Ocean Grove. Accommodates up to 8 people. Master has queen bed and ensuite, walk in robe.

Second bedroom is double bed and the third has 2 king singles that can be pushed together. Both bedrooms have builtin wardrobes, quality linen, bath towels and essentials.

Sofa bed available in the lounge for 2 people including bedding.

Central heating, free WiFi, portable air conditioners in the 2 main entertaining areas, and fans in all the bedrooms.

Playstation, games, books. Separate room with pool table.

Free parking on premises.

Espresso machine and pods

Netflix, Stan, iHeart Radio, Youtube, iView, 9Now, Googleplay, Chrome browsing via Computer/TV available and many more with your own account.

Ocean grove

Perfect setup for a larger group with the pool table and separate areas to the house. Good location being no further than a 10min drive to the beach and shopping. Definitely recommend and would stay again

Perfect Location

We highly recommend staying here. The place was very clean and close to shops and the beach. Jan was very lovely to deal with and responded promptly.

Lovely home

Booked this property for a place to relax with friends, and it met our needs perfectly. The kitchen came fully equipped and allowed us to cook for 7 adults with ease and the multiple living spaces gave us the room we needed.

Lovely house, great location

My family of five (incl 3 teens) had a great stay. The house felt very much like a home, and had everything we needed, ample bedding, seating, crockery, etc. The beach and local shops were within walking distance. And we loved the pool table and out door area. We also loved our host's hospitality, thanks for the flexibility. Overall, a great stay.

Perfect family seaside break

Our family had a brilliant 5 days at this seaside property - short stroll to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool table was used regularly between exploring and downtime providing extra entertainment. Weather was very warm so would consider alternative cooling system. Jan was easy to deal with and very prompt with responses. Fabulous family holiday

Relaxing beachside holiday

A light filled beachside property with enough space for our family & all the amenities you needed for a relaxing stay. The kids enjoyed the pool table, large TV & extensive movie & game selection. A lovely outside area to sit & enjoy dinner and a drink after a day at the beach. Our host was very accommodating and responsive which added to a positive experience overall.

A Pleasant Stay

Our only real complaint is that the access, particularly to the front door was not safe for older people (my husband and I are both in our 80s) It might be better if this was listed as a property for a younger family

Well equipped property

Well equipped but dated house. Master bed has probably had its day. Property is elevated and would not be suitable for disabled travellers. Relatively tidy but could have been cleaner.

Perfect Getaway

The accommodation was perfect, beautifully decorated and everything was provided. Quiet neighbourhood and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the mainstreet. Communication with the owner was excellent and I would definitely recommend this property to my friends. Thankyou

Short young adults getaway trip!

The place was lovely and exactly as advertised! Jan was also easy to talk to and get into contact with. If we needed to ask anything, Jan always answered promptly. The location was amazingly perfect and being close to a reserve also afforded us another place to have morning runs!
