Charming beach cottage

Very nice beach cottage. The home was very accommodating to our needs and we enjoyed the short stroll to the beach.

This is our second time staying and we came back because we loved it. We still love it and were happy to come again but we disappointed in the cleanliness. I had to wash every dish/pot/cup that we used because it wasn’t clean. The pots and pans especially. We also had a bit of a bug issue this time. I never noticed the animal smells last year but that was also prevalent in the home as soon as we opened the door. We still adore the Jubilee Cottage but it needs a good cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you returned to Jubilee Cottage and still love the place — I’m sorry the cleanliness, cookware condition, odors, and bug issue impacted your stay. We’ll share this with our housekeeping team so they can look into this. While in short term rentals all of the pots and pans aren't cleaned between each guest we do our best to try to spot and find issues to address in an effort to be proactive. We’ll also schedule pest control to inspect and treat the property. If you can send specific details or photos through your Vrbo message, that will help us prioritize fixes. We had a wonderful stay at the Jubilee Cottage! Our family was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly charming the house is. From cooking in the kitchen to sitting on both back and front porches listening to the birds in the morning we just loved the house. The walk to the beach is short and the beach was quiet and perfect for a little family. Crab hunting at night is a must. We also tagged our new “home place” at the Indian Pass Raw Bar. We will be back!

Beach trip 2025

Nice area, for golf cart. House was clean other than the dishes which renters are responsible for to wash and put away before leaving. Evidentially those before us only rinsed and put away dirty so we had to wash anything we used in advance. Which we prob would have done anyway. We had a wonderful time making memories with family.

Sweet, charming house

Such a cute house. Perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach. Hardly anyone on the beach which was awesome!

Just like the pictures!Q

My family and I stayed at the Jubilee Cottage in March, 2021. We could not have been happier with this property. It looked just like the pictures- and they are gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, the gulf waters only 30 paces away. Access to nearby Cape San Blas, Apalachicola, and St. George Island are a breeze from this location. Don't tell anybody about this place, it should be our secret. It's a wonderful VRBO property

Quiet neighborhood

This historic home has been relocated and beautifully restored in the neighborhood section of Indian Pass. The beach here was quite and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beach. We paddle boarded, kayaked, fished, shell hunted, and saw evidence of turtles hatching. What a great weekend!
