The view and property is fantastic! Clean upon arrival. We enjoyed amazing sunrise and sunset views , fishing from the sea wall and dock. Pool was heated at a great temperature since it was a bit cool for a few of the days we were there.

very pleasant stay

very clean and very well equipped house, lovely furniture and pool, even saw a couple of dolphins swimming by the river and pelicans on their evening hunt

Annual Friend's Getaway

The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside for us was how far of a drive it was to get to the beach.

Thank you Lorin for your review. I am not sure what beach you drove to? Nearest family friendly beach is Fort Myers Beach which is around a 20-25 minute drive from this home. The Cape does not have any gulf front beaches - people come to fish & boat in this area. The beaches are just across the river in Fort Myers & beyond.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

We loved it here! The pool and view are wonderful and second to none. The house had everything we needed and was fully stocked. My husband fished off the dock with our kids which was so convenient. Perfect home for our family - We will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful home

Location was perfect, close to the Boathouse which is always a good time. We spent lots of time on the lanai and in the pool watching boats go by. Plenty of towels and pool toys, floaties, even beach chairs to use. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this house!

This is the second time we have rented this home and we loved our time again! The view is amazing, the home is beautifully decorated, the outside space is perfect, kitchen is well stocked, and beach chairs and pool toys were so helpful. We hope to be back another time!

Fabulous family getaway

We were blessed with two weeks in this fully-stocked, beautiful home. Our family loved every minute and we rarely left other than a run to the grocery store. The pool is was perfect size for laps and floating while to ocean waves were relaxing day and night. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this stunning home ~ we hope to return again soon!

Beautiful River Location

This house is beautiful, well-stocked and has an unbelievable location right on the River - just minutes by boat to Sanibel, Captiva or the open Gulf. We spent most days out on our boat enjoying the wild life and the area in general. Had a visit from Hurricane/TS Elsa who really didn’t bother us - one small bit of damage to the pool screen that was fixed within 48 hours (amazing!). Highly recommend for anyone with a boat or wanting to rent a boat. Super easy in and out. The house was gorgeous and comfortable. The pool is lovely as well! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful house

This was our fourth year staying in Cape Coral, but the first time in this beautiful house. The house was even better in person. The house was very clean with plenty of linens and beach towels. It was amazing to sit on the lanai and watch the dolphins everyday. The pool was very nice, although it was a little too warm. I wish it could have been a little cooler. We also rented a boat and went to Sanibel everyday. It was a short boat ride to Sanibel, where we saw many dolphins and manatees. This house was perfect for us to hang out by the pool and have easy access to the ocean. If you choose this house you won’t be disappointed. We would love to come back next year!

The Best

Lazy Tree was a beautiful, spacious and clean property to lease -- wish we would have booked two weeks instead of one. The beds were comfortable, every bedroom had a bathroom, the open living room kitchen space was delightful for everyone to gather, kitchen appliances and utensils were ample, and, appliance/property manuals were easy to read and understand. The pool and outdoor dining area were extremely enjoyed by everyone and were a beautiful extension of the house. Check-in was a breeze. I would not hesitate to explore any rental property managed by Churchill Property Services. Keely Smith and Neil Hastie are reliable. responsive and efficient.

Beautiful House just hot

We vacation in Florida every year. I love this location and the property is stunning. The only drawback is the thermostat is set at 75 degrees? I keep my air on 68-70 in Tennesse. Trying to sleep here was impossible. I ended up purchasing a fan which helped some. My only suggestion would be to atleast least warn your guests 75 degrees is as cool as your getting in this house before they book. Other than the air the house is very well stocked with everything. The location is amazing. Beautiful Property!

Relaxing Holiday with family

Keely and Neil were excellent to work with on this rental. The pictures are great but in person is better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very well stocked house with a beautiful view of the wide portion of the river. Fishing wasn’t that great this year but it was more than likely due to red tide coming in around Fort Myers beach area. Looking forward to another visit! Thanks so much for the great property management!

Villa Lazy Tree was just as beautiful in person as the photos. The home was stocked with all that we thought we needed and more! Additionally, Keely (property manager) was extremely helpful and responsive; even after hours and on the weekend. If we are ever in the area again, we know where we are staying! Don’t hesitate, BOOK NOW!

Week Getaway

We have a great time at the Lazy Tree house. The house is extremely comfortable and fully stocked with everything you might need. Our families had a blast playing by the pool and launching our paddle boards from the dock. Overall we had a great week!

Million dollar view

Beautiful property with a perfect location on the river. Very open space with a very tasteful vacation vibe decor. Perfect for the weekend or a week with your family. Very enjoyable outdoor area with a big size pool.

Amazing property

The home is truly dazzling. You can sit by that pool and enjoy the view til your heart is content. While pictures are generally a good suggestion, the pics on this property cannot do it justice because you don't realize what a refined and truly custom home it is until you are inside. Well stocked, everything laid out for maximum convenience, no hesitation to give 5 stars across the board and recommend you stay here. Property managers are absolutely pleasant and helpful, could not have asked for a better stay for the week away in these interesting times.
