美しいダウンタウンガトリンバーグのメインパークウェイから2ブロックの便利な場所に位置しています。私たちの家は、ガトリンバーグのダウンタウンの地元のお店、アトラクション、レストラン、シーンに近い場所にあります。この家は、静かで素敵な近所のメインストリップからちょうど離れたところにある、安全な避難所を提供しています。

Great location

If you are going to the convention center or need to be downtown frequently this is the place to stay! This house has a prime location. The house was also very clean which we appreciated. There are a few things that are in the description but hard to really understand without being there. One of those things is the incline is steeper than you think from pictures and the spare parking at the bottom of the hill is very small. The description is true when it says there are some older parts to the house. The showers and kitchen is older which is hard to tell from the pictures. Just some things to consider, the description is accurate but the pictures are unintentionally misleading on thse few things. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were able to make the space work for us.

Great location, lots of room.

The house was perfect for us and our stay. We had 11 people. 6 adults and 5 kids. Aged 1, 8, 9,10, and 16. Its not baby proof but watchful eyes kept the little one safe. Everyone loved the beds. We had a black bear visitor every night and morning. Super cool to us. Thanks for the experience.

very convenient

Cabin was meticulously clean...a fact that we appreciated very much. It was well stocked with necessary essentials and instructions were very clear. Even though it has a 70's vibe, Kitchen could use some updates, especially with baking dishes and hot pads, We loved the easy walk to the convention center and to downtown.

Ladies Retreat

A group of 10 ladies stayed for the weekend for a christian conference at the convention center. It was perfect for us. We were able to walk to the conference for every session. The house was just right for us. Plenty of room. Will stay there again if available.

Great location

Positives: 5 minute walk from the main strip, plenty of space for a large family or a couple of families Negatives: Parking issues*, bathroom grout in two bathrooms needs a good bleaching and scrubbing, back two burners of the stove do not work, you share the laundry in the garage with the tenants so you will find their laundry in the washer/dryer at times *Note: The gravel space to the left of the driveway actually belongs to a neighbor who called the police on us. Unless you drive a large truck or SUV, it is unlikely that you will be able to park in the driveway. The angle is about 45 degrees.

Comfy, and cute.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years with different family members. The house is decorated in cute bear theme. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean with basic essentials for use. The house is close to downtown and is a short walk to the convention center. The house sits on the hillside and thus has a very very steep driveway. I have never parked my car in the garage, but a couple parking spots are on the streetside. The house code was sent to us at the time of check in, so look for that at 4. There is someone who lives on the lower (yet separate) part of the home, and this is as described in the listing. We recommend this home for those who easily walk, who have a large group, and who need a close say to downtown or the convention center. We really appreciate the hosts who made a comfy home and an easy rental process. Thanks!!!

Wonderful Group Trip!

Took some teens and adults from our church to Gatlinburg for a convention and found this treasure of a house to stay in. Comfortable and functional. Incredibly convenient location. Exactly as advertised. We’ll be back!

Wonderful rental!

We have been to Gatlinburg dozens of times. We have rented all types of properties from cabins away from town with a view to hotels or Condos right downtown. This was the best of both worlds!! We had a house and plenty of room, with a view AND walkable to everything! It was meticulously clean. I would 100% stay here again! Only complaints (and not a deal breaker for us anyway)... 1. The beds are super firm (I prefer softer so I didn't sleep well; 2. The showers have amazing pressure but will go from scalding hot to ice cold if anyone else runs any kind of water; 3. We did not get an email ahead of time with the code to get in so we got there and could not get in. that took a while to fix but she got us in as soon as she could and also responded to all texts with any needs. This seems like a super sweet God fearing family and I hope we can enjoy their home again soon! We forgot to write in the book guys but we had a great time! Thanks for sharing your home with us! Confortable, cozy and perfectly located

So close to the main street. Clean, and cozy. Very nice decorated for the season. Beds were very confortable. I will try to rent it when I come back to Gatlinburg. The family was very pleased.

Excellent location

excellent location very close to the center, we were a group of 10 with 3 children good space for us. I don't give 5 stars for 3 reasons. 1. I think they need to increase the cleaning, the stove looked like it hadn't been cleaned and it's so old it didn't seem like it was going to work. 2. The parking lot. We couldn't enter the garage because the cars wouldn't go up, at our own risk we parked on the side of the street. 3. Communication should be better. (keep in mind that part of the house is rented to another person which limits you to be talking or sharing time with your family or friends so as not to disturb the person after 10:00 pm

Four sisters and family trip

House was as described. Older home but well maintained with new mattresses. Short walk to everything. Had a small problem with something the cleaning staff missed and talked with the owner and she apologized.

After the 2016 Gatlinburg fire with the mountain ablaze.... our house was spared ... we are so grateful.....So, we the "Property Sisters" decided to share this blessing with others so that you too can make magic memories of good times with family and friends.
