The house was wonderful with a stocked kitchen, and the view was beautiful. Had a very relaxing time. Neighborhood was safe and enjoyed my stay.

Loved the house, location was ok

The house matched the pictures. It was large and open with a hot tub and pool that WORKED! The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful too. I would rate this property an …. B+. We wished this house was 30 minutes closer to Sanibel and Beaches otherwise it was perfect.. Only improvement I saw would be to get nicer towels and a few more things in the kitchen, like a kitchen knife. We cooked and swam and had a great time. The management company was awesome as there was a storm before we arrived which tore the screened in patio and the first day we were there it was fixed that AM. Very responsive! We would stay here again.

Great home great location a/c and beds and some furniture big negatives

Property, the location the pool, everything was very enjoyable. Overall we had a great time. Issues that need addressing are. 1. Mb and 1 upstairs mattress was so hard we couldn’t sleep on it. 2. The a/c didn’t cool the 2 main bedrooms even at night they were hot. 3. The sofa seats are worn out in living room and kitchen chairs at Eaton kitchen table. It would be so nice to be able to sit and look out at water while eating breakfast but the chairs were too uncomfortable. They are older and recovered with worn out cushions. Minor suggestion. Have a sheet with directions for running the pool. It would have been nice to know that the infinity edge was The water feature button on the wall That would allow the pool skimmer to function. We spent most of our time outside swimming and fishing in the lake so the a/c not cooling properly wasn’t a big issue till we tried to sleep. We keep our air set no lower than 76 at home. 78 was the best we got at night. I gave feedback to owners but received no response.

Throughout many years we've rented homes for our family of 8. We rented this home from VRBO from 9/3 to 9/8/20. Upon confirmation of reservation, with no cancellation refund, emails began to come in from the management company that did not exactly detailed or list all charges that were on the check out email half way into your stay. There is also a sign posted in the kitchen area. Pretty much anything can trigger additional charges during your stay. Our activities consisted of boating and fishing during the day and returning at sunset to have dinner and enjoy the pool. Below are some of the main issues we experienced. 1. AC did not cool the bottom master rooms and there is a sign at the thermostat for lowest set temp 72 or it will freeze renter pays the repair charges from your deposit. We notified the PM Stephen on Friday morning to allow the house to cool completely. Although very responsive and sending a tech to fix, the issue persisted so we had to use the provided fans to make the rest of our stay bearable. It was obvious this was a known issue, not the fixed capacitor, as the previous renters had the same issue. 3. Beds in every room were stiff and uncomfortable. 4. Towels old and worn out grayish color- yet their email states there is a charge for missing towels. 4. There is a cleaning fee and also overage of electricity however they ask prior to your departure to have the dishwasher started and towels washed to get a head start for the cleaning crew. This is common practice in any vacation home however they are charging you extra to do this for them. Our overage charges were minimal as we did consciously conserve the usage, however it would have been nice to receive a detail of the overage prior to processing. we had to call the company to find out the calculation method as the amount was not correct from the meter pictures we forwarded. NOTE:the calculation is prorated per rental night. 5. Saturday returning from boating around 7:45pm received a threatening message to keep noise level to a minimum or we would be asked to leave if they receive another phone call from neighbors. Our noise level was normal and not excessive at all. This made the rest of our stay a bit stressful as to not upset neighbors who apparently have previous issue with the property being rented.

It appears as if the owners have not been onsite recently. #1. Missing shade in the kitchen, #2. Worn out mattresses. #3. Disintegrating pillows. #4. Worn out towels and wash cloths. #5. Poor internet connection. #6. Weeds growing between pavers on the pool deck. #7. Garage door frequently stops in mid cycle. We have seen a gradual change over the 3 years we have rented this beautiful home. The team members exceed expectations. We have been with Vesteva the last 4-5 years. They are the ultimate professionals. The team has responded to our every need and concern. The owners may have to invest in some repairs and upgrades...

The only issues to improve would be better towels- the ones you have are poor quality and really dont go with such a nice home Bugs on patio- the spiders were a bit much on the screen patio but manageable you need a scissors in the kitchen, everything else was really great just a few minor issues to make it PERFECT Thanks they were fast to fix the issues that concerned us. They were great.

Get away to paradise

This property couldn't have been any better! It was everything you see in the pictures. Beautiful, clean and inviting. Amazing infinity pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again! Just got home yesterday so not sure yet if any electrical overages like others complained of but will update if I do.

We fished. We had a dolphin swim right along the dock checking us out. During covid you should have a sheet written up about how to operate the pool spa and water feature and the a/c I don’t know if there is a trick to getting the master above 82

Everything was great - the only thing we didn't like about the property was the furniture in the living room - the cushions seemed pretty worn and would have been nice to have at least 1 recliner to relax after a long day.
