The property was in a beautiful place and super walkable to everything! The furniture was very old and looked like something from a college dor Or something that was passed down from my grandmother …..and lumpy couch, etc..

The location was excellent! Just a couple block to everything. The neighborhood was very safe,

The property was nice, close walking to everything. Safe neighborhood. Only downside is that the property is right next door to a city parking lot and it was a bit noisy in the morning. Overall, I would recommend this property.

It's super close to everything. The only flaw is that the beds aren't super comfortable and you have to pay to park but it's a cute house otherwise and close to everything.

Great location; within walking distance of everything you want to see in Key West. Management needs some improvements though. No bedding anywhere in the house for the pullout sofa; had to wait until nearly midnight for someone to bring some. Also, the thermostat was code controlled so we couldn’t adjust it to our preferences. Irritating for sure. I would look somewhere else next time.

Key West Again & Again!

Stayed in the 1/1 attached to this unit (same bldg) 3x prior. This unit is just as nice .. and a 2/1. Great location. Easy & quick to the Seaport and equally as fast to Duval by Sloppy Joes using Greene St or Garden of Eden via Caroline. My only issue, and nothing the Prop Mgt can do about it, is a new home is under construction next door. The construction is newly started (7/1), and M-F they start work at sun up. The home is within 5’ of all bedroom windows. It’s not too bad if you are a solid sleeper but a light sleeper will find their stay a little frustrating. Especially after a long night on Duval! I will definitely stay here again … this is my 4th time at this duplex.

The Mesa House is at a terrific location. It is conveniently located between Duvall St and the marina. You walk one direction and you are at Greene St by Sloppy Joe’s. Go the other direction you end up at The Bull/Whistle Bar. The negative part is it is advertised as sleeping six. But the pullout couch mattress springs are awful to sleep on. The floor is more comfortable. So only plan on 4 people sleeping comfortably. The barstools are very wobbly. They are your main seating in the house if you have the sofa bed pulled out. There is black mold growing on the trim in the bathroom by the shower and the vanity from the hot water knob leaking at the vanity. It’s not a bad place but could use some TLC. We would stay there again if it is no more than four people to accommodate. The location is hard to beat.

Can’t beat location. Can get noisy

There is a parking lot right next door so when the bars start letting out, there is some noise as people leave, pee, and talk loudly about what happened at the bars. If you don’t mind that or stay out late it’s a nice place and crazy great location!

Perfect location

We loved the location of this rental. We have been coming to Key West for 20 years and this is by far the best location that isn't a hotel. Loved that we were a block from Duval and Greene two of the best streets for restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this place.

No yard or outdoor space to entertain except front porch which is shared with duplex next door over...only 2 chairs.

Great Location!

This unit was clean, quiet and had a great location for walking around Key West. With parking right next door it was easy to move in and out.

Perfect location

The Mesa House is in the perfect location and is within walking distance or a short bike ride to everything you could want to do in Key West. The house (unit 2) comfortably slept our family of 5 with the king bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and the pull out couch in the living room. Private laundry was a must for us and the stackable washer and dryer met our needs. We didn’t cook at the house at all but it appeared to have the necessary items for making meals. We loved sitting on the porch and people watching. There’s no parking at the house, but there is a parking lot immediately next door. We really loved our stay in Key West!

Our experience was noughthin short of an alsome time and experience, thank you for the alsome place to stay,, today we have to leave and o ,,yea,, it sucks.,, paradise will be in our rear view mirrors on our harleys,,,and get back to the grind,,,,it relay was an amazing stay.

Clean, Comfy, and in Perfect Location

We hit the jackpot as this was a last minute booking. The location is truly unbeatable. 95% of the bars, restaurants, and attractions of Key West were within walking distance, many only a few blocks away. The other 5% was accessible by bicycle which you could rent nearby. Despite being so close to everything, it was still very quiet inside. The rental unit itself was spacious and well cared for. I've stayed in about a dozen rental units in Key West over the years, and this one was by far the cleanest I've stayed in. The fact that the two bedrooms are separated by the bathroom really added to the feeling of privacy. And speaking of the bathroom, that shower head was awesome. Good water pressure made it easy for three people to share the one bathroom. Everything else in the unit was definitely made with the renter in mind, from the really nice central air conditioning to the art on the walls to the well laid out kitchen, everything really made it feel like a home away from home. Also hats off to the property manager who was always quick to respond to my emails. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.
