There is simply no better place to stay in the Historic District. You are never more than a block or two away from great coffee, whiskey, cigars, and soft pretzels... That's all I really require! Best of all: Sitting on the Balcony overlooking St. George!

We've been to St. Augustine many times, usually staying in BnBs, but this was our favorite place so far. Very comfortable and well appointed, in the perfect location. We look forward to staying again soon.

I can only say that I have never had a better experience with a booking at any location, much less one that provides an excellent spot to explore the beautiful city of St Augustine. I highly recomend this rental and would definitely rebook it if the opportunity to visit this wonderful city again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and very quiet - totally insulated from the hub-hub on St. George. The Historic District location could not be better - 100 steps to the Columbia and one and one-half blocks to Collage (which is undoubtedly the best romantic restaurant in the HD), three blooks to the fort and Flagler College, etc. Communication with the Host was was cordial and prompt. We will definitely return with friends. Overall a 10

Great location with some areas of opportunity

Pros: Clean, spacious, great location, responsive management Cons: The room smelled like sewage. Management responded quickly but was unable to resolve the smell and told us that it is a problem in the area. The bedrooms should have blackout curtains. There are outside lights that stay on all night, so the bedrooms aren't dark enough. The back door and lock were very flimsy. It did not feel safe and seemed like the door could be forced open very easily. Being in a busy area with homeless people around I would have felt safer if there were a sturdier door and lock there.

Getting into the property was not a pleasant experience. Beyond anyone’s control there was a terrible thunderstorm right at 4pm walking around to the front in ankle deep water and getting splashed with a wall of water, would have been nice to check in at 3 to avoid all this. Fortunately we recovered from this and made it a great girls trip. The front balcony was a terrific asset to the property we felt safe and people watching is premier at this sight. 3 1/2 rolls of TP was Not enough and only 2 garbage bags is not enough. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely and well maintained apartment located directly on St. George St. it has a large kitchen with all the extras. The master bath is beautiful with a walk-in shower and a separate huge tub.

Overall a very nice property that is in the middle of everything Old Town. Very clean and well maintained.Two issues raised were responded to promptly with offers to address immediately so very responsive.I’ll certainly book another iTrip property.

Great place!

Loved this property— fantastic location walk to anything. Great decor and luxurious, comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay again.
